Good reading Great perspective of DX practices Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
This book is a reprint of the 1968 edition published by CQ Magazine. The author, Don Miller W9WNV, was a famous DXer. The book contains a lot of information about working DX and all the pointers which Don made about his techniques. The book contains a great deal of information that in those days was needed to work DX. The information is obtained today by different methods so some of the information is merely history. The most valuable points gained by reading the book is an appreciation for all the technological tools that a DXer has today to use. For those that appreciate amateur radio history, it provides the chance to obtain a book which has long been out of print.
