A must-have for anyone with transmitters!			Time Owned: more than 12 months.
One of the handiest items that Radio Shack came out with is this screw-on RF dummy load. Good to UHF FREQ's, very compact, test up to 15W transmitters all day on it, intermittently test with higher power levels, and test anything from CB's, HT's (With an SO-239 adapter.), mobile rigs of various types, Part #15 transmitters, even commercial broadcasting exciter units, etc. So compact, it can easily screw onto the back of your watt meter. And, you see these at just about every hamfest flea-markets for sale. If you don't have much $$$ on you and you see these for sale, and they don't look abused and measure 50 Ohms, do yourself a favor and buy a few. You will not regret this piece of such a handy test gear. Yeah, I believe that MFJ does sell a newer version of this. I've got to believe that it's just as useful.
