Bandwith wider than the specs sheet says Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
I use this duplexer for a while now as a very important part of my set up. I use 2 mono band Diamond Yagis one for VHF the other one UHF vertically polarised on an horizontal mast on the roof of my house. Both are joined by this duplexer located in the attic to protect it from the humidity. After my perchase, I realised the VHF marine band was not included nor the end of the professionnal UHF one between 460-470 Mhz. 2 very important bands for me. Hopefully everything was OK and I didn't notice significant loss on those bands compared to my efficient Comet GP-15 in my scanning activities.
This duplexer does the job perfectly so far and I remain confident with the Diamond products.
The only thing I don't understand is the choice of the 2 PL connectors that are supposed to connect the antennas. SO 239 woud have been a better choice obviously. The end of the antennas'coax are always male ! HI.
I put 2 SO-239 to SO239 adapters to solve this problem. A dealer told me the loss is absolutly acceptable in this kind of adapters compared to a BNC/SMA one for example even on UHF. I agrre with that now that I've tested it.
Great product indeed.
