Nice and Compact Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Got this as part of a package deal with an IC 7300. This is a nice little power supply. Very compact, metered, switches between volts and amps. Plus a front cigarette lighter type plug. So far it's extremely quiet. They have a 50 amp model I will be picking up soon. Glad I found R&L and this power supply.

Noisy fan replaced, otherwise a good value Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
I bought this PS when I purchased my IC-7300. After modifying the IC-7300 by reducing relay clatter noise and replacing the fan, it was time to quiet down this power supply. Success with a Noctua fan on the IC-7300, I found that a Noctua NF-A6x25 PWM 60x25mm fan would fit. Ordered the fan, installed it, and it works just fine. Now there is bearly a whisper from the RMPS30M supply. It is moving air, just a whole lot quieter.

Small powerhouse Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
This thing can power an Icom IC-7300 or any other rig I can throw at it, without so much as a burp, even on 100 W. I don't have an analyzer to be sure, but I don't notice any RF hash from this switcher on any rig. It's light-weight, so I can easily pack it around, when I want to show off a rig to my friends. I like the meter, although I don't really know how accurate it is. IMO, this little gem is well-kept secret.
