Description:
Whether you want to learn Morse code from scratch, never having heard a dit in your life, or you just
want to speed up your copy for CW contesting, CW Teacher will help!

This program will teach you Morse Code at your own pace.
Set the sending rate at 18 WPM or higher so that you learn the characters at a functional speed, but
don't worry, the software will send you each character, one at a time and wait for you to respond.
There is zero rush.
The entire emphasis of the software is teaching you to associate a sound with a letter.
With just a bit of practice, that's really easy to do!

Since copying CW with a keyboard is exactly what you will be doing when you are CW contesting, this
software helps you become comfortable transferring what you hear to your keyboard directly as well.

The emphasis of this software is teaching Morse code from the absolute beginning, but I've also
included options for more advanced practice, such as copying random call signs and Field Day style
exchanges.

This program is completely free!
Please enjoy it and share it with anyone you may know who would like to learn CW!

I like it a lot. Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
First a short history...
It has been a struggle for this 79-year-old ham to become proficient in the morse-code.
I can do a fair job of decoding, at 15-wpm, the 100 most used words.

But I am reluctant to get on the air with morse-code because I have MUCH trouble decoding call-signs.
I simply cannot instantly recognize the sound.

Rufz was tried but that was frustrating because the speed dropped when the inevitable errors happened.
I ended up at 8-wpm, which is awful, and that certainly was not helping when I want to be around 15-wpm.

Now about the N3FJP software...
By way of a Google search, I came across this software.
I like it a lot.
I like that I can select 'call-signs' and further select just 'usa' as my starting point.
I like that I can repeat hearing the call-sign and repeat and repeat until I get it right.
I like that it stays at 15-wpm during that process.

My hope is that it can get me ready for FD-2019.
That has been my goal all along....finally to do a FD in morse-code.
