very bad support from Microham Time Owned: more than 12 months.
Two years almost worked well. Sometimes lost communication with Station Master or Power Amplifier.
Finally working unstable with Kenwood TS890 and Windows 10 lost communication with station master and switching antennas.
Very poor support from Microham. One week the problem not solved.

I'm very impressed Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
A friend recommended I get one of these for my new FTDX101 rig. I received my Microkeyer on a Friday afternoon. I had the device itself configured and working with the rig that night. The instructions are very good. I spent the rest of the weekend configuring my PC. By Sunday afternoon I had Log4OM, N1MM+, WSJT-X, and the Dx Labs Suite Commander app. The built in keyer works great. The settings for handling sound really give you a great configuration for digital modes. Their online support documents for configuring the Microkeyer III for each third party application are extremely helpful. What a great product.

Wow! Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I used from the old MicroKeyer "version 1" for almost 15 years, more or less totally problem free. The only reason I upgraded was to get an interface with a built-in soundcard, otherwise there was really no need for anything new. However, this interface has it all: soundcard, CAT interface, PA/LNA sequencer, built in memory keyer, RTTY tuning oscilloscope and decoder, etc, etc. I will most likely never use all the features of this interface, but it's there if I need it. I use it to controil my ICOM rig and to operate RTTY and other DIGI modes (works very well with MMTTY, WSTJ-X and DigiPan). The software (USB router) is extremely powerful and stable, and support is very responsive (based on previous experience, I didn't need any support so far for this new interface). Warmly recommended.

Smooth integration, works well. Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I recently purchased this unit and used it during the 2020 ARRL RTTY Roundup using Write Log, MMTTY, and my FTDX-101MP. Thus far no issues whatsoever.
Setup of the driver, microKeyer III and software took some trial and error to get it working properly but finally managed to do so after a few hours. I use the amplifier sequencing feature to avoid hot switching of my amplifiers. I purchased the radio cable to go with my FTDX-101MP and the cable is well made and a huge time saver over making one yourself.

I highly recommend this unit.
