Excellent Performer! Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
I purchased my T12.10-30HD earlier in the year, but had to wait for help, lift, lower mosquito levels and time availability to assemble and install the T12.

Having put together a couple T8 models, I kind of knew the drill. Be certain in your planning to allow time to assemble a T12, as it took a string of evenings after work to put mine together.

The T12 adds a truss system (antenna rope and stainless/aluminum hardware) to the small antenna design, which needs to be accommodated in laying things out on your mast.

Feed Line connected the T12 is doing everything I expected. Compared to my vertical I've seen two changes - about a four fold increase in stations heard & worked, and a reversal of the DX/Domestic from 20%-80% to 80% DX.

I'm using a Flex-6700, Flex-PGXL Amp and Flex-TGXL Tuner with the T12, and the whole setup is slick.

Tennadyne, like many Ham suppliers, is a small outfit.

Downside is it can be hard to reach Rog when he is working on production, traveling or indisposed.

Upside is your antenna is pretty much built to order by a well seasoned team.

Usually you order will take production and shipping time, which if you want an antenna shipped to you right now - today - is a conflict.

But if you want a Log Periodic that performs and is durable, the wait is worth it.

Some quick Tennadyne Background - earlier models (before roughly 2004) may be built from lighter wall thickness metal and usually have sheet metal screws rather than stainless nuts and bolts. The current Tennadyne operator beefed up the antennas and hardware to the present setup.

Tolerances are a bit tight - on purpose - and you will benefit with use of Penetrox or Jet SS30 type conductive grease in assembly.

I did some write up post on my blog about building this T12 antenna. Also there are pictures posted there.

The T12 makes QSOs and lots of them.

Excellent Performance and Customer Service Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
Works well 10 - 30 MHz, at 60 feet. Replaces a T6, also an excellent antenna. Really fun to have 30M in addition to the bands above. I'm impressed! And it's big and beautiful. Thank you Tennadyne!
