Excellent Quality & Performance Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
The quality of this antenna is amazing. Very lightweight and compact. In addition to the wire that comes with the antenna, I added about 100’ of 550 cord to the spool and it wraps up nicely.

The antenna advertisement doesn’t mention that this antenna is also good for 6m too. You just have to swap the 73’ wire as the counterpoise and use an insulator to shorten the 25’ wire to 56” as the antenna. Just a little bit of reconfiguring and you’re good to go. The instructions show how to set it up for 6m.

Onto customer service. I wrote a question regarding the 6m setup to Chameleon on a Friday night about 23:00. At 23:15 I got a reply back from them with an answer. I was ready to wait until Monday morning or afternoon like when most businesses open but I got an answer within 30min.

I’ve already made contacts on 10m to Florida, TX, & Costa Rica. A very well performing antenna.

Great Portable Antenna Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
Haven't owned it for a long time, but when I've used it out in the woods, it never fails to be a great piece of gear. Used as a low dipole, I've had no problem making contacts on 40, 60, and 80 meters either QRP or 100 watts. SWR stayed very low on 40 and 80, but 60 needed the tuner.

It doesn't weigh a lot, and tucks neatly and out of the way into a backpack. It can be slung up quickly in a variety of configurations with a few lengths of cord.

Chameleon makes great gear, pricey, but wll worth the cost. I also have an MPAS 1.0 that works awesome.
