Fantastic Service			Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I ordered an Isoterm from Johnny with no problems, he answered all of my questions and the package arrived very quickly. 5 minutes after opening the parcel I had my first PSK31 contact on 40m. Two friends of mine have the same interface and have had no problems at all. I am sure I will have many years of fun with this product. I would have no hesitation in recomending Johnny and his products.

Almost everything has been mentioned regarding this excellent product, but I must congratulate Johnny for his service. I had a few initial questions regarding interfacing to my FT100, and I had an answer within the hour! I wanted to be sure that the Isoterm used the data port in the back of my FT100, as I use it on all bands/modes and wanted the mike left plugged in. Johnny explained that yes, the Isoterm did use the data socket, so the connection is very tidy, and doesn't need to be touched once connected. I sent my order for 2 units (one for a friend) on friday, and received the units on monday morning. I was on air within 15 mins (most of which was spent digging my computer tower out from under piles of junk!) and I had contacts from all around Europe straight away. The Isoterm Multicon is a compact unit, with high-quality construction and high-quality connectors. Documentation provided with the unit is excellent, and technical support is unbeatable. In today's world it's very difficult to find a manufacturer or retailer who is so keen to help you. Well done Johnny. Plug 'em in and get typing boys!

I own a FT-817 & an old Ten Tec Corsair which has had little use since I bought the 817. I decided to buy the Isoterm Multicon with cables for both rigs. Ordered on Wednesday & was on the air Saturday. For Johnny the 817 cable was no problem but I had my doubts about the connections for the Corsair. No problem, it also worked first time, when I remembered to plug the mic connector into the computer! Great service & there is now no reason not to get your old rigs on to digital modes.

I was using a homebrew interface, which worked just fine until I moved to Spain and had to mount my vertical antenna on the balcony just outside the shack window. Result, disaster with RF getting into the computer and shutting it down. So I bought a PSK 31 ISOTERM from Johnny and replaced my old homebrew unit. It has completely cleared up all my RFI problems. I have dealt with Johnny for 2 or 3 years and have asked him on several occasions to supply me with new pinouts because I or someone I know has changed their rig . Johnny is to be congratulated for a fine product and for introducing many of us to the wonderful world of digital communications. His Isoterm unit is professionally constructed and packaged and well documented. It basically worked straight out of the box with minimal sound card settings required. I use a Creative Extigy external sound 'card' and had no problems whatsoever. Delivery time from the UK to Australia (and to my distant small town location) was only 10 days from initial order - I consider that to be excellent service. Thanks Johnny - well done!

I wanted to get QRV on PSK31 and found Johnny's Isoterm via a net search on the best ways to connect my FT857 to my computer. Having contacted Johnny via email, I found him to be extremely helpful and fast to reply. I had my Isoterm a day or so after posting the cheque to him and within minutes of unpacking it was getting 599 reports into Spain! I am genuinely delighted with the whole package and totally recommend Johnny and his Isoterms to other hams. Thank you Johnny..keep up the great work!

Being into digital modes for quite some years I was looking for an interface that could replace my homebrew mess...hi, and after comparing alot of interfaces on the internet I finally found just the thing I needed...the PSK31 Isoterm-Dual from G3LIV Johnny. This very nice build interface does what it should do, connecting your rig(s) and PC in a fully isolated way, plus, the Dual version can connect my 2 rigs at the same time without switching cables anymore....just pressing a switch to select and you're done. Just specify what kind of tranceiver(s) you are using, and Johnny makes the correct cables at the length that suits your setup. In other words....great product, excellent quick service ! After just one week after ordering the package was on my doorstep, and it could have been quicker if there wasn't the Easter break...:-) Another happy satisfied user of the PSK31 Isoterm interface....and it works with any digital mode you can think of.
