key-craft as a jewel Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I have my first one that get it stolen few weeks later (Ser 069), I miss it a lot and then I order my second one. I used on SOTA and other outdoor activity because light and smooth. Now she travels in the original package with me and my K2 from home to my several working QTHs. Great and Beautifull key.

Tiny Jewel of a Paddle Key Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
This is such a great little portable paddle. It is solidly constructed using magnetic return force and just as the previous review noted, the as-supplied set-up seemed to be ready adjusted to my liking. It is pointless to compare the quality of this key with the plethora of tiny 3-D printed efforts, several of which I have wasted money upon. It is not really quite as good as a Kent or a low dollar Begali, but to be fair there are limits to what can be expected from keys with such a piccolo footprint due to the lengths of actuating arms. That said, there's not actually very much in it, and at least the Bamakey has a decent 3.5mm stereo TRS socket and you can't say that about the basic Begali paddle key(s).

The four magnets in the base hold it firmly in position on top of an FT81x series radio- there is zero creep in use. The key comes in superb outer packaging, and inside, in addition to the by now anticipated bag of Gummy Bear sweeties is a sturdy box much like a slightly large matchbox, and going forward this will continue to serve well to protect the key in transit.

When you see and feel the quality of this little key before you in the hand, you will realise that there really is little need to spend approaching twice as much for another (admitedly very high quality) well known packable paddle- it's that good. In addition, Markus is a first rate guy to deal with. I would buy this again in a heartbeat, and it's so tiny that I might well find myself in the invidious position of needing to do that ...

Small, beautifully machined, nicely assembled and works well at a competitive price. What else could you want?
