Superb kit Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I wish all radio kits were as carefully prepared and easy to assemble at this one. The documentation and parts organization are superb. It went together quickly and smoothly (including winding the toroids - they're not too bad).

First used it yesterday and made a number of contacts on both bands with good reception and good signal reports. The user interface is great as expected. I am very pleased with this radio.

Just arrived, I love it! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Took a flyer on this, love simple, knobs, don't like computer menus. Arrived quickly with connectors, plug & play. Sounds great, more later. N7ag

Update: radio had key click, called John, returned radio. He sent me a new unit (no click), overnight express, & returned my postage fee. A stand-up guy, & a great radio.

Very Good QRP + Radio Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Works very nicely - smooth QSK - Sensitivity is good - does not overload on strong signals - have made many
good contacts on 40 & 20 meters - with my 12.8 volt
battery get from 0 to about 9 watts out - not least is
such a pleasure to work with John WA3RNC in PA
instead of trying to get help or even answers from China.
40 and 20 meters are the two top QRP bands.

Excellent QRP CW Xcvr Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I concur with all of the positive comments already posted by other users. It is a compact, well designed, easy to use QRP xcvr with an excellent receiver and QSK keying together with excellent support provided by John. I use mine with a EFHW antenna resonate on both 40 and 20 meters, or with an Elecraft T1 antenna tuner and random length EF antenna. Contacts have been made throughout the US as well as to several DX stations. It is a keeper!

Early Adopter of this radio. Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I just ordered the TS-25 QRP radio for testing. Just randomly saw it on ebay.com and immediately was sold. Currently am setting it up properly with a dummy load to measure actual wattage . My first impressions is that it does send out a clean signal of about 5 watts with 12 volts measured with an Oscilloscope. Next will be to test it out in the field. I have setup a 9:1 random wire antenna (27ft) and used a ATU QRP tuner and it tuned nicely. Now waiting for the 20/40m bands to open up to start testing real world scenarios. Will be testing it with Loop Antenna , HWEF and random wire scenarios to see how it does. As a kit it is in the right price range for a small superb receive radio. I picked up signals right away. Hope to have some contacts soon and will keep you posted.
