Poor quality worse service. Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
The radio worked ok for about 6 weeks then the receiver went. Sent radio back to PRYME for repair and they lost it. That was over a year ago and still no radio!

Poor Quality and poor customer service. Don't ever buy from PRYME.

This is a FCC type accepted COMMERCIAL radio...you cannot program it from the keypad. Either your dealer will program it for you, or you can purchase the PRO-4 standalone programmer (about $90).

This unit performs as advertised. I have owned several the past two years...and even use them when my company needs extra rental radios for our clients. They are small, easy to operate, and have excellent audio.

And they're well under $200 each.

Also in the line are models that cover 38-50 MHz and 136-174 MHz.
