works, repeatable settings Time Owned: 6 to 12 months.
snagged one for a Franklin; first thing i did was to attach my VNA and record dial settings for each band (40-10); loop also came with a transformer for VHF/UHF but i haven't tried those bands...

easy copy of W1AW practice sessions just siting the loop by a window in the concrete block/tile roof home... signals coming in no problem

can achieve matching for each band, although peaking signals is near impossible on 10M

compact, inexpensive, works FB... efficient? hardly, but better than a whip or random wire inside the QTH... have not taken it /p but may do so later this year

i added a small folding desktop tripod to help rotation for better reception... not as good as my LA400 or LA390, but i can't transmit into those loops (which would be an expensive mistake)

to save some trouble, here are the basic instructions:

The main control knob, the upper knob, is the frequency tuning knob. the lower knob is the impedance matching tuning knob... first select the desired frequency, and then turn the band switch to the desired band position, then adjust the impedance matching value of the lower knob to 30, and then adjust the upper knob to tune. tuning for best receive... transmit cw, fm, or am, and watch the swr while fine-tuning the frequency tuning knob...

finally, adjust the impedance matching knob.

(i was able to hit 1.5 or less across the bands; printing a table of settings for each band's often-used segment makes QSYing a snap)

Great for what it is Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
This is my first mag loop antenna and I am very happy. The product appears to be made from high quality and durable parts. It comes with absolutely everything you need to get set up - coax, tripod, loop, tuner box, and neat case.

I purchased this antenna because I wanted something that I can use on my balcony, which is mostly enclosed.

I have made some good DX FT8 contacts on 15 and 10 meters during decent conditions. Using 5 watts my signal reports are usually between -5 and -25. I am usually only able to work strong stations that are coming in at lease -5. Performance on 20 - 40 meters is marginal due to the small size of the six foot loop. I made a few contacts on 20 meters and 30 meters but it is very hard to be heard. I was not successful to get any contacts on 40.

I would recommend using an antenna analyzer with this antenna in order to find the best SWR. I am using the internal SWR sweep function on the XIEGU G90 and that also works well.

I have not tried the antenna for SSB or CW yet. It is very sensitive to tune and it is nice to just sit on a digital frequency where you don't have to worry about re-tuning the antenna each time.

Good Set Up..2 min! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Only had the loop 2 days, but Very satisfied with this loop.(SO FAR)....
Well made, looks great and comes with all the parts needed..bag,coax,connectors,tripod mini mount
And BTW it works... If you are looking for a small mag loop,,for X6100,IC705...QRP rig ect ..I think this is a well made, eazy to use set-up at a good price point.. 5watts cw-am-fm-digital,but looks to handle to 10 watts ssb ,just fine..
It worked well on 17 for me too...Oh BTW it works.
I was surprised with a good tune how well it worked
Tunning is TIGHT, but easy to do!
Would KEEP well under 20 watts ssb....for sure....after some more use time Ill report back. Got the packaged unit and bag in about 2 weeks..Its not as good as a good outside dipole,,,but close.. But can setup in 2 min.
And comes in a 10"x7"x3" nice bag!

Amazing quality/price and it works! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
This is very high quality loop. It arrived in less than two weeks from the time I placed the order in a neat storage bag. My first loop was an AH-5 which I had a lot of trouble with. It was flimsy and hard to tune plus I paid $300 and the cost of a tripod. This loop is much better quality and a lot easier to tune. It comes with a little tripod which holds the loop securely as long as there is no high wind. I have made numerous contacts using my KX2 at 5 watts. If you want to experiment with a mag loop this should be your first choice. Its inexpensive and fun to use. Our fellow hams in China have been coming up with some pretty cool stuff.

Great bang for the buck!! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Small mag loop that packs a punch. The kit has quality materials and performes very well for its size. I can tune 40 and up very well. Sometimes I use my onboard tunner to fine tune some bands if i get a little lazy. This antenna is cost effective compared to other mag loops on the market. This is a great kit for the field or goofing around at home. I would not hesitate to buy another one. This is for qrp only.
