Great Stuff Time Owned: more than 12 months.
If You use the Scotch 33+ UNDER the Temflex and then cover again with 33+ the job of removing is no problem.

Otherwise it sticks to the coax and connectors along with your fingers if warm.

Excellent sealing tape Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I've used silicone tapes before for sealing electrical connections but I read an article at DX Engineering about installing PL259 connectors and they recommended the 3M Temflex tape to seal the finished connection. It's readily available at Lowe's and matches well with 3M 33+ electrical tape for an outer cover. This tapes stretches easily and is self sealing. If there's a down side it is that it seals too well. It is not reusable as some of the silicone tapes are. I put together two PL259s and a barrel connector, applied Temflex and layer of 33+ and had to take the connection apart about an hour later to make some changes. The Temflex adheres to itself so strongly that it can only be cut off - but it makes a nice tight rubber seal. While it would be nice to be able to reuse it, for less than $3 a roll it's not a problem putting on a fresh piece.
