Well made simple dipole Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
I wanted some kind of antenna in our new house and there was some RG-6 going to the attic. I could have bought a balun and a stack of wire and some insulators but it was easier and cheaper to just buy the Radio Oasis one. And they cut the wires more precisely than I could, run to nice end insulators. I strung it up to the roof joists and it gives me 1:1 SWR across 20 meters. With about 14 watts of FT8, it let me work DXCC in three months. To be sure, I'm using it on other bands too, courtesy of the G90 tuner, and I've also played with adding some higher-band resonators to the center insulator to try to improve tuning on 17 through 10, but none of that impacts performance on 20.

I do note that their spec sheet says it uses a W2AU ANsulator but mine came with a different brand's. It's not a balun so one side goes to the braid, but it still works fine. The wire they use looks like stranded #14 copperweld, a good combination of strong and flexible.

So it's just a dipole, but a good one, and a quick & easy way to get one up.
