EASY AND COMPLETE Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I Started using LOG-EQF V9.0 and was impressed with the ease of operation. NO GUESS WORK. I moved to WIN-EQF and Tom sold it to me at Dayton several years ago. He is now up to V 1.73 and each change is better. Tom is very responsive to the user community and as a result his sofware has become an integral part of my shack. It controls a Paragon II, an FT-736, an MFJ TNC, TELENET link, (soon a rotor) and access a call sign database. Not sure how much more it could do for me. Record keeping is a breeze and award documentation is no longer a chore.

Great program and even better support! Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I've used Win-EQF since very soon after it was first released. I can't say enough about it. It is straight forward and is updated regularly. Contest set-up is also a breeze. The support is nothing short of outstanding. Thanks Tom!

Great program Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
After trying several other highly regarded programs, I purchased WinEQF. Fast install, no problems. Very speedy data entry, intuitive usage. CTL shortcuts are great. Have now used for CQWWSSB contest and general logging. This program is not flashy, but works well. Short learning curve compared with some I tried. Highly recommend. John

Ideal for me! Time Owned: more than 12 months.
After getting my ham license in my upper 50s, I checked out many logging programs. Being somewhat computer-challenged, this program was the most intuitive and useable for my applications. And, recently, I purchased a laptop for road trips but was having difficulty in getting the logging program working properly. I e-mailed Tom, outlined my problems and over a series of e-mail, he guided me thru the difficulties and got me up and running. Tom was very responsive to my e-mailed questions, often answering in a matter of minutes. That alone is noteworthy. Lots of folks say what they're going to do, but Tom is truly there for support. I can't recommend this program enough. Works for me just beautifully!

Plain and Simply Great! Time Owned: more than 12 months.
Having used many logging programs, many different types of log books, I decided that Log-EQF was the one to use. It ran on everything. That was in 1995. When the upgrades came out I kept with it through version 9. When Win-EQF came out it was as easy to use as the DOS version. Keeping it friendly and familiar seemed to be the key. Not very machine resource hungry, and seems to behave well. With the internal Telnet for the DX cluster and Rig control it is really fun to use. Click on the spot and the freq and mode are selected just like on the expensive (LOGIC) programs. Haven't tried the Rotor control since I run wires and a vertical.

The Best! Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I tried all programs of this class. This best program from all. Only that it is released and supported in 12 years speaks for itself.

Looks like what it is. Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
Fooled around with the demo version for quite a while while trying to decide on a logger in Windows. This is functional, sure, but it looks like a dos program running in a Windows "DOS Window". 640x480 resolution and maybe 16 colors. Run something like CT in a DOS window and there you have it, just what this looks and feels like. I finally decided on LogWindows after months of fooling with several demos. It is also functional, but it looks and feels like an actual windows program, even though it is barely just becoming a 32 bit program. This must have been written primarily for "upgrading" from the dos version, for guys that don't want to give up those 2 color BIG BLOCKY FONT days. No thank you. 3/5 points, just "OK".

Another Winner Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Just as fine a program as Log-EQF was. Support? How about 1 day to fix a small Win2K active window glitch?! Look no further than WIN-EQF for a top-notch logger with A+ support.

Wonderful Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
All the great features of Log-Eqf in a Windows package(including CW keying). Has everything you could ask for in a logbook!

Thumbs up! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
The eagerly awaited Windows version of N3EQF's excellent logging utility is finally out. It got a 32 bit kick in the pants and kept all of the original features, ADIF import/export, CW keyer, DX-Telnet and packetcluster spotting support, customizable contest support, Cabrillo, etc....

Damn fine product!
