Back to AC Log Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I purchased and used AC Log over 10 years ago. AC Log met my needs but as I became more serious about DXing I migrated to Logger32, then DXLab, and considered some others. Both L32 and DxLab are fine programs with lots of bells and whistles for a serious DXer, award chaser etc. But they are much more involved to setup and operate, and can be downright fussy at times. With these swiss army knife type logging programs I find myself spending a significant amount of shack time just playing around with the software for one reason or another. To make a long story short, I recently downloaded the latest version of AC Log and really like it. It is deceptively simple to setup and use. No re-learning on my part was needed. Scott has added some nice features. For general logging AC Log is the best available in my opinion, and it has enough functionality to meet the needs of most DXers as well. Thanks for a great program Scott!

works so well Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I have been using free logging software and contest logging apps for many years and some logs were so hard to use I would just give up on it. I had several logs floating around so I decided to order AClog suite and put everything on one log. Well I love this software, I can work digital modes and it automatically logs all my contacts and there is a log for every contest you can thing of. In less than a month I got my WAS award because now I was organized and could track of contacts and awards. Sad I have been a ham for 40 years and I just got my WAS award, but being in the Air Force moved me to much. this software is so easy to use and the support is fantastic, worth every penny I spent.

The best just got better! Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I've been using ACLog for several years. I updated to the new V6.2 yesterday. Several new features. Now when you log a QSO it can be automatically uploaded to LoTW and eQSL. All you have to do is check the "Enable Real Time Upload" block. Uploads to ClubLog are done automatically after 10 QSOs are logged. Very easy to use. The best general logging program just got better. Many thanks Scott. 73, Ed, K6VMV

top 5 on club log Time Owned: more than 12 months.
This is a further up date to my Feb 2010 posting. I have used this program for more than 10 years. Recently I checked the status of N3FJP on Club Log. Here is what I found. Club Log charts the logging programs used when files are uploaded ADIF.
AClog was listed World wide in the top 5 of those DXers who have achieved 200 or more DXCC's. Also listed in the top 5 of those who have achieved Honor Roll status. Is listed as #2 in the number of ADIF files uploaded to Club Log. Their must be a reason why so many world wide use AClog. Scott posts free updates when needed and has a list of contests logs that just won't quit and he keeps adding more as needed. The logging program comes ready to use right out of the box OR you can customize it to fit your individual needs. Their is a Google group to help answer questions but I have been know over the years to correspond directly with Scott and receive a speedy reply, now that is service. The rating and World wide use is proof enough as to the quality of the program.

Good Logging Software. Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I enjoy cw rag chewing and this software is NEARLY everything I need. It is, of course, much better than the old way I kept track of my contacts with a paper card file. Truthfully, this is the only logging software I have ever used. I really like it but would like it much better if there were a MUCH LARGER place for notes. Personally, I take lots of notes and find the NOTE field very restrictive. The search functions are great. For example, to locate Jack who lives in Texas and who is a skydiver. Don't need the call many times. So intuitive. Just give me some more room for NOTES!

Great! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
For $50 you get lifetime upgrades for the main logger and all his contest loggers, which are separate. I used it last week for the CQ WW SSB contest and worked perfect. It was easy to use and does what it needs to do. I'm using it with all my new FT8 contacts and it uploads perfect to LoTW. You can add fields, enlarge fonts and customize it so you can better use it. I have been using Filemaker Pro with a template I wrote. This software does more modern file formats. It has a generous free trial to test before you buy. joel / N5LXI

Great, easy to use Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I recently decided to try logging software. A friend suggested N3FJP's version and it has worked out great. I use JT65 to log my contacts, upload to
LoTW, then download from there to the software. Everything works like it should. The customer support has been fantastic, quick replies to my emails. I had an issue where an VK6 was showing up as WA state. Steve responded within 15 minutes and told me how to correct it. Best $25 I've spent on ham radio stuff.

OUTSTANDING Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I have been using AC Log since April 2005. It is extremely intuitive to use. The interlink with LoTW and Club Log is excellent. The software has a wonderful user group that will help you with any question or problem. One of the amazing things about AC Log is that Scott is continually updating it and adding features. The Spotter feature is worth the cost of the software. I would encourage anyone to buy it. You will not be disappointed. It is an outstanding software log.
