Not ready for prime time			Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Got my GD-168 directly from radioditty. Upon installing the CPS ver 1.02 and immediately do an import of the codeplug from my Alinco MD5 XLT. I started to have problem: 1- The included USB C cable does not work for programming the radio. This is after multiple attempts with multiple PC (I work in IT so I have access to many PC). Contacted support and finally I used one of my own USB to USB C I was able to program the radio. 2- 25 KHz (for analog) bandwidth not available, upon contacting support, I was told CPS v1.02 does not support 25 KHz. So I was send a private link to download CPS 1.03 3- Once I install CPS 1.03 and try to import my previously save cqodeplug, immediately it gave me band write error. Again, using my available resource, started fresh with Windows and nothing else except CPS1.03, I am still getting Band Write error. 4. Contacted support again regarding this error and after back and forth with them , decided to test CPS 1.02 to make sure radio is in working order, no luck, I am still getting Band Write error. Now radio is back to Radioditty for replacement, let see what comes out of it with the replacement. I know the Radioditty GD-168 is just a rebrand Anytone. Maybe I should have bought the anyone instead of the Radioditty. This GD-168 definitely a half cook radio, not ready for mass market release. Don't know what Radioditty did with the firmware/software but selling a half "cook" radio is for lack of words crazy and will damage your reputation.
