Fantastic, Professional Time Owned: more than 12 months.
Scott has performed radio repair for me three times. Each time the service and communications has been fantastic. Scott answers emails promptly, provides a schedule for anticipated repair and keeps one informed of his progress and any upgrades that may be available, including cost estimates.

I live in Florida and think enough of Scott's professional skills and his attention to customer service that I spend the funds to ship my equipment to him across country when service is required.

I recently sent Scott my Icom-746 Original and upon return it operates (recieves) better than when originally purchased.

I also sent Scott a TS-440S that a friend whom indicated that he could repair sorta messed up.
Scott was willing to take the project on to see if the rig could be resurrected or a basket case.

This project is on going with timely feedback from Scott and every effort made by him to hold the repair cost within limits of the old radios value.

If you can find a more skilled Tech, and one more atuned to his customers concerns then I would suggest hanging on to them.As someone else posted..my biggest fear is that Scott will retire prior to my geting to old to push a ptt switch, and need repairs for my rigs.

Last year I sent my Icom-746 to scott for repair,he emailed me upon its arrival and emailed the next day it was repaired, cost to repair was fair and resonable..I recently emailed him with a problem I was having to set up my Icom-706 Mk on my Honda Goldwing Motorcycle to my Helmet system. Scoot advised send it to him he would give it a go..Fantastic to find someone like scoot who puts out the extra effort to help us enjoy this wonderful hobby..Sure wish all business had Scott's customer service attitude..I would recommend that anyone experiencing an Icom problem get in touch with him..We appreciate you Scott, tom kf4wol, new port richey, fl.

I had Scott install an INRAD roofing filter in one of my ICOM PRO IIIs. A difficult job, and he certainly did it well, quickly, and very reasonable. The filter REALLY helps the receiver and Scott has a new fan. I would for sure put the INRAD roofing filter in any PRO III that I ever use, and Scott would do it for me. I'd recommend the filter AND Scott to everyone! Clay - K7HC

I sent Scott an Icom 751A that I bought for a decent price to replace one that I let get away a few years back. I sent it to MTS for checkout and alignment. Scott replaced the trimmer caps, memory board, and the other parts that have proved to be problematic with this radio. He turned it around quickly and his charges were very reasonable. The radio works at least as well as my original did when it was new. Based on my experience, MTS is well worth recommending.

I sent Scott a Kenwood HT and he turned it around in just a few days and the price was considerably less than estimated. The work was superb. I would recommend Scott to anyone (and have).

Great Tech/ Great Guy Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I have been sending Scott at MTS many radios for several years now and he has always done great repairs with quick turnaround time. He also goes up and beyond the call of duty like when he repaired my Icom IC-761 a few weeks ago (I won't say what dumb thing I did to require me to send this rig back to him after Scott just updated the trimmers and replaced some troublesome video board caps.) O.K. I was using the rig on 3880 for receive and forgot to turn it off before transmitting with my T-368 also on 3880 (not a good thing to do!!) Anyway Scott said send it back and he not only brought it back to life but I beleive it has better receive than ever. Also, Scott noticed that the window in front of the digital display was very loose and took it apart, cleaned it and re installed it and tightened it so it is like new again. Scott's prices are great and his care in shipping is second to none.I cannot say enough about Scott's excellent service he has provided for me sn others by looking at the other reveiws. Scott, you are the greatest and I only wished you lived closer (Southeast Michigan) I will continue to send you rigs for you to repair and as always I will continue to tell everyone I meet of your great service you provide to the "Ham Community". Scott is very easy to communicate with. His repair on my PRO 2 was fast, reasonable and his turnaround time was great. He took extra care in packaging the radio before it was sent back to me. I would definetly recommend his work to anyone.

Scott knows Icom better than Icom. He is fast and efficient. I wish I found hime sooner. He resurrected my Icom 703's from the dead. What more can I say!!

I recently sent my icom 751a to Scott for the trimmer cap mod and a general check up. He repaired the rig and the receive is some of the best i have ever heard. When I got the radio back I couldn't beleive it was mine new screws in the case and the radio looked new again, but when I hooked the rig back up I was simply amazed of how well it was performing. Not only does he do the finest work but what a resonable price and the turn-around time is very speedy. Also had great communications with scott on the repair. I will be sending all my repairs to MTS from now on.

My Icom lives again! Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I sent Scott my Icom 751A for a complete going over and to check the receiver section.... The Icom lives again, better than before. I'd swear he scrubs the rigs down before he returns them!

Great service and fast.
