Repeat Buyer Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I bought one about 3yrs ago for a Kenwood TS-570SG I had, the easiest to use plug and play.
Well I sold the kenwood and contacted Whitey for wiring it up for a TT Jupiter. He sent me all the info and works great.
Now to present, the Jupiter is going to TenTec for updates/repair so I had no interface to use for the digital modes with my backup radios. Contacted Whitey and ordered one for another TS-570S I have and had him also wire up a din plug (same interface) to use with a IC-703+. The cost was a little more but worth it. From order date to delivery 3 days.
Great piece of equipment and greater service both Carolyn and Whitey do an outstanding job.

So easy a cave man can do it. (Sorry Cavemen) Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
This interface could not be easier for the plug and play guy like me. Only problem was getting the right com port setting but just tried everyone until I got one to work. I have the Kenwood TS2000 and the interface comes with the accy plug for the back of the radio so unlike more expensive interfaces I am able to use both digital modes and SSB without plugging and unplugging cables.

I made my first contact on PSK31 as soon as I had it hooked up and the com port set. For anyone who wants a plug and play interface at a great price and great service as well, this is the way to go. Thanks Donners.

Great! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Ordered it on Friday, received it Monday. Less than 30 minutes from mailbox to first QSO. Great product at a great price. I wish I'd known they sold CAT cables also, I wouldn't be waiting for the one I order from a "big name".

Just Ducky! Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I got one 4 years ago for my Yaesu and it worked FB. When I got a TT Argo V, it was a clunky to use adapters to make the cables mate. So, I ordered one with the Argo V cables. Could I build it for less? Maybe, but not a lot less.

This is the cheap and easy way to get into digital modes. Yes, it is cheaper to have no interface and just run the cables from the rig to the computer but you are asking for hum and RFI so an interface with some isolation is a good idea. This is it.

Delivered in three days - top notch customer service. Run two cords from your rig to the computer - plug it in - adjust the audio level and you're good to go.

I prefer to use sofware control to put the rig into PTT so I don't need the serial port interface. I cut the cable off to get rid of the cable clutter.

As for the "ducky" comment - it's an old expression meaning "peachy keen" if you are into the fities. "Groovy." If you're into the sixties. "Tutte bene" if you are from Brazil. See their logo and it all makes sense.

Great Service, Great Product Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I called Carolyn one weekend & she & Whitey answered my questions & my interface arrived by Friday of the following week. I am using the interface between my TS-440 & my Dell laptop running PSK31 with Digipan. So far, I've made contacts on 80 & 20 meters with no problems. Next step is to try it with my K2 which has the same mic connector.

This device connects to my radio & computer at 5 locations:
+ Radio Mic Connector
+ Radio speaker output
+ PC Line In
+ PC Line Out
+ PC Serial Port

Hats off to Carolyn & Whitey for a cost-effective product that meets my needs!

OK Time Owned: more than 12 months.
This interface is OK. It is way to simple to cost $40. You can build yourself what this guy throws together. If you want a simple interface like this, get the RASCAL, at packetradio.com. It is much better than this one and you can interchange out the cables for different radios.

perfect Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I purchased the digital interface for my Icom 746. It was shipped SUPER FAST. Ordered it on Friday and had it by Monday. Hook up was a snap. After setting the levels on the computer and radio everything was up and running. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a sound card interface. This is absolutely the best way to go for getting on the digital modes.

No problems and works great. Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Received the cable fast in the mail and had no problems with support. I also ordered the rig control cable.
The interface cable works great for PSK31. I have yet to try the other modes for having fun working PSK31. I can tell you these cables are good and help discover the other modes of Ham radio. Hey, more toys, right?
