Just received my first batch of cards from this printer. They are everything I expected. Alfio was easy to work with, made all corrections to the proofs, and had the cards to me in a reasonable timeframe. I have a second card designed and will have Alfio print this also, as soon as I get the photos the way I want them.

Highly recommend Alfio to be your QSL printer of choice!

I just wanted to share my experience with IT9EJW's QSL card services. I previously had my cards done by fds in the UK, however I decided to try alfio for my next batch of cards, and I was glad I did. The service is excellent, cards are superb, and I would not hesitate to recommend IT9EJW'S service. Will definitely be re-ordering.

Worked with Alfio for the first time for our K8T & K8O DXpedition to American Samoa. I have received several of Alfio's QSLs from other IOTA DXpeditions in the past year and have always been impressed with his eye for detail and artistic abilities. Used him for the first time myself for the K8O (IOTA OC-077) QSLs that I manage. Absolutely stunning results! Clear sharp photo. Pleasing layout. Nice high quality paper stock. Have received many emails from people saying it's the most beautiful QSL they've ever received. Thanks Alfio for your beautiful product!

Alfio is a nice person to deal with and the quality of our CY0MM card is excellent.
He is a world away but there was no problem with communication (phone, fax or e-mail) and shipping was on time.

LLDXT cards printed by IT9EJW Time Owned: more than 12 months.
The latest QSL cards (J7/VP2M/OY) for the Low Land DX-pedition Team LLDXT have all been printed by IT9EJW. Why? he is delivering the highest quality full color cards I have ever seen and that against a compatitive price. Our latest OY cards have been printed within one week between design and delivery. I would recomment IT9EJW QSL printing to all my friends because its real value for price. I received a lot of compliments for the beautiful full color cards, I think Alfio should get credit for this as well.

Service was outstanding. Package received in good shape and just as ordered. Quality was nothing less than perfect. Quite impressive. I sent Alfio my own image files and he did the rest. Color and clarity of the graphic files was perfect on the QSL cards. I'll be using Alfio for all of my future QSL needs. I am very pleased and would recommend Alfio to everyone wanting a high quality card. Molto Bello!!

I wanted a special card for the upcoming W1T special event operation 5 July-27 July 2003. The card required unique graphics and the use of a photograph. The entire design and transaction was done via email with Alfio, the owner. He was was very helpful, and very prompt. 1,500 color with photo, glossy, cards for $115.00 including shipping. Fantastic. Shipping via surface from Italy to USA took 2 weeks. As Alfio's native language is not English I suggest you proofread everything carefully, especially if you have a lot of text as in my case. The best experience in getting cards printed in 25 years, and 10s of thousands of cards printed.

Alfio complied with my requirements very nicely, he was very helpful and artistic in designing the card with his experience. Will use him again when this batch expires, just getting somewhat thicker paper for the cards. Excellent value and speedy service. Thanks Alfio!

Back to my trip in Africa, I have sent a CD-ROM and check to IT9EJW for 51000 QSL with severals
designs. Delay is fast and shipping is doing in good conditions (via registered mail). Price are
really cheap for this quality !! And for any questions you can ask and receive infos via e-mail.
