I made a special request in what I wanted on the hat. Even had them go through a few designs. Great to work with.

I received the cap today. The embroidering is top quality. The cap itself is of very high quality, durable material.

None Better! Time Owned: more than 12 months.
This is my 2nd hat from them and the quality is outstanding despite being mistreated. You can't go wrong with these folks!

Last month I entered the monthly drawing for a free cap. I was one of two winners.

I received the cap today. The embroidering is obviously done with a top of the line machine. The cap itself is of very high quality, durable material.

Highly recommended. I've had quite a few caps in the past, but nothing as good as this - not even for twice the price!

Quality Hats Time Owned: more than 12 months.
Hats are of excellent quality and very attractive embroidry. Besides Ham meetings and Hamfests, I wear mine to local county fairs, picnics, and outings. Invariably a Ham will spot the Hat and it is a great conversation starter. HotPress is professionally run and great to deal with. Highly recommended -- five stars folks.

Received such courtious and fast service. Replaced a cap that was in error partially due to my fault and no extra charge. Can not remember ever receiving such great treatment and service on an internet order. Recommended very highly and will use there services more.

Great People, Great Hats! Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
Don't believe I have ever been treated so nice as I have been from this company! You don't get a form letter from them when you order! The hats are of great quality, was mailed quickly and the service was excellent. I ordered 3 hats the first time around and just ordered 2 more, one to give away at our club hamfest as a raffle prize and one to give for club Christmas party present. Will definitly pass the word around about HotPress T-Shirts and Hats!

I have acquired a lot of hats since I have been in ham radio. The "Hot Press" hats are absolutely the best. I wear mine EVERYDAY !! It looks great!!

I have one of the caps from "Hotpress" and it's great! this time I ordered a new mouse pad to go with my new computer I got from my son. the mouse pad is great and it's exactly as I ordered. the service cud not be any better. I rate them a 5+.

Hat is Worth it! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Including shipping, Same price as Local embroidery Kiosk in Mall. The difference is in the quality of the hat, the choice of up to three colors and formed letters, vs. one color embroidery with only block printing. Adjustable band has two rows, with four snaps on a full fabric hat. Was shipped priority mail next day, almost as fast as having to go back to the mall to pick it up.

I ordered it a 3PM got an e-mail saying it was shiped at 6PM and got in the mail around 10AM the next day... in Connecticut!! cross-county!
