Excellent work with old fashion work ethic! Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I have been buying my QSL cards from Rusprint for many years now. I have never been disappointed. On the one occasion when there was an error with my order, Jim bent over backwards to make it right. Jim is a stand up guy with an honest, old fashion work ethic. He is one of the people I really enjoy doing business with. Excellent!

Great Service Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Just received my first order from Jim and they arrived promptly and look good. Even with a backlog of printing for Dayton he was able to get then to me fast.

Great Service!!!! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I recently ran out of QSL cards recently after the DX contest. Thought I had another box. When I discovered I was out, I placed an order with another printer. Never got a confirmation until a week passed. The guy had a death in the family and said it would be another 4 to 6 weeks. So I said I needed them faster and to please cancel the order. Well I called Rusprint and asked them what card design could he get printed right away. The gentleman said he had black ink in the printer now. So I asked him if he would be able to run off some of the "Flag" cards with black ink. He said yes as he already had to print 10,000 of those cards for other orders. So I placed the order on Wednesday and received the cards in the mail the following Monday. Great service when I needed it most. These folks are top notch and the cards look great.

Excellent Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I have been buying QSLs for many decades. Rusprint has always done well by me. I just ordered a new batch of QSLs and other stuff.
As usual Jim provided me with the very best of printing, merchandise, and personal service.
I don't think you can do better than dealing with Jim at Rusprint.

Best of the Best! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Simply the BEST! Jim went out of his way to help me design a new card. Everything he promised, he delivered, and fast too! The personal service and high quality product at a reasonable price makes Rusprint #1 in my book. It's nice to deal with someone who cares. Thank You Jim, 73 Steve

Simply, the best... Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Although Rusprint offers about 2,484,094,761 design choices, I wanted one that was a bit different from those. Jim worked with me to get my card just right and everything turned out perfect. For the best of the best, I recommend Rusprint.

Second the motion! Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
Couldn't agree more with the previous review! The quality is excellent, the price is right and the service is fantastic. In my case it took a little longer than 3 days, but I ordered 2000 QSLs for DX QSLing and 500 cards with a little more "stuff"; they came within ten days! Rusprint has been in business for as long as I've been a ham (gulp, 46 years!), so would say that's a testimonial in itself. Jim is the third owner and as I gather it he does all the work himself (!). Anyway, you won't get a better deal in QSLs than from Rusprint. Try it yourself (BTW, I have no interest, financial or otherwise in Rusprint), you'll like it!

Good cards for a good price -- QUICK! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Having not bought QSLs for the better part of 10 years and needing to stretch my small QSL budget as far as possible, I set out to find the best deal available on the web. I started out by checking W4MPY, WX9X, Octavia and a few more but was non-plussed by either the cost of the card I wanted or the "ho-hum factor" of the card I could afford. This is not meant to slam the aforementioned suppliers as I'm sure that they make top-notch products, it's just that they didn't quite have the offering I was seeking.

Enter Rusprint, www.rusprint.com. I don't even remember how I stumbled across their web site (Jim told me that they hadn't yet listed with any search engines as of May 19, 2000), but it was very fortunate that I did. After perusing the pages detailing all of the options, I found what I was looking for: a simple but functional single-sided design that would easily display all my information with a logo on a variety of brightly colored card stock...all this delivered without breaking the bank. What a find! After downloading and printing the Acrobat file containing the ordering information (just to get it all down pat and to speed up the call on the 800 number), I called toll-free and placed my order.

Jim was quite a gracious gentleman who walked me quickly and correctly through the entire ordering process. He then quoted me a delivery time of roughly 2 to 2.5 weeks and explained why the wait would be that long. I figured that the wait was reasonable and probably not unlike what the other guys would quote so I agreed and hung up satisfied and interested to see what would arrive in a couple of weeks.

The Monday after my Friday order, my wife called me at the office and told me that a heavy little box from Kansas had been delivered by the mailman. I was shocked! My QSLs had been delivered 3 days after placing the order, and 2 of the days between were weekend! When I got home, I eagerly cut open the packaging and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product inside.

What a pleasant surprise -- 500 simple but elegant cards printed on 10 different bright colors with all the right information, delivered to my door in 72 hours for less than 50 bucks. If that's not value, I don't know what is. Even if I'd had to wait 3 weeks instead of 3 days (and your mileage may vary here, mind you), I would still have been very favorably impressed and would have left as glowing a review as I have. Service like this will definitely get repeat business when this stack is gone.

Give Jim a call. You'll be glad you did.

A good reliable printer... Time Owned: unknown months.
I ordered my first set of cards as WN0FDJ back in 1971 and have stayed with this outfit since. No mistakes, very prompt and very reasonably priced. I've never been disappointed. Very pleased with the product.

Great delivery Time Owned: unknown months.
After placing orders with W4MPY in '97, then with WX9X in '98, I placed an order with Rusprint. All do a quality printing job. Delivery from W4MPY was okay; WX9X was slow, as others have reported. Jim at Rusprint was the only one to commit to a delivery date when the order was placed - and he met it! I had my cards within two weeks of ordering them.
