| Great QSL Cards |
Time Owned: 0 to 3 months. |
Tony printed my cards with the Florida Contest Group design and they are excellent. The quality of the card meets all my expectations. Tony sent a JPG of the design for my approval before printing which allows you to change something if you dont like the layout, etc. I recommend LZ1JZ for your qsl cards!

| Great cards and price |
Time Owned: 3 to 6 months. |
I contacted Tony soon after joining the local contest club. I gave him some suggestions on what I wanted (e.g., ex-callsigns, email, zones, etc) via email. He quickly responded with a jpg of my new card to inspect. I made one minor change and sent in the order. The cards came about a month later just as expected. Tony does a great job and the price is right. I will order from him again.

| Great custom QSL work at very reasonable prices! |
Time Owned: more than 12 months. |
Tony did a batch of custom QSL cards for our W1NOB operation at Nobska Light for Int. Lighthouse Weekend. I designed the card and sent Tony a spec with a jpg's of the artwork and final design. He followed it to the letter, submitted a jpg of his finished product and that was it. The cards arrived in perfect condition in reasonable time and I would not hesitate in recommending Tony to anyone, anytime.

Tony did a run of 1000 4-color, 2 sided cards for the Falmouth ARA, W1NOB lighthouse activation during the 2002 ILH weekend. We supplied the layout, copy, and separate photo and Tony put it together into a great card from our specs in very short order. We had a couple of minor text changes to make and he turned those around in a day. Our cards came by sea mail in about a month and were well packed. Every card was perfect - no bunged edges. Future orders? You bet! |

| Economy QL's are Fabulous and quick! |
Time Owned: more than 12 months. |
| Tony does a great job for me. I have been using Tony for economy QSL's for a couple years now. I am a very active QSL manager so often need stock of cards for my clients. You can't beat his prices. And an unexpected surprise has been the quickness of receiving my orders. Shipments are received here generally in 2-4 weeks or so. Tony has always sent me a "proof" as an email attachment before printing the cards so minor adjustments/errors can be corrected. Tony is VERY email friendly as well. For USA orders, payment is easy via a USA address. |

| Great service and prices |
Time Owned: more than 12 months. |
I have been using Tony for the last 3 years and have been happy with every order. In my case that is 11,000 QSL cards for 7 different calls, all first class quality, great prices and fast service.
Tony always provides an e-mail proof before running the QSL's and any changes have been made and all QSL cards delivered as agreed.
The money goes to a USA ham so you have no problem with mails etc in Europe.
I have refered Tony to several others who are also happy with the quality, price and service. Give Tony a try I am sure you will like his service and QSLs. |

| Long time, but good quality |
Time Owned: more than 12 months. |
| I have to defend Tony, even though my own cards got lost in the mail and took several months to arrive. Tony did send along a replacement set, to his credit. His cards are of qood quality, are a good value, and he gives very good customer service, but his QTH means you'll have to be patient. |

| Very reluctant to correct his mistake |
Time Owned: more than 12 months. |
I have ordered several batches of cards from Tony in the past. All were printed and delivered promptly, but the last batch was truly the last.
Late August I ordered several thousands of cards from him, both for P40L and myself. The P40L cards were delivered in less than 3 weeks, and look great, so no problems there.
My own cards took 6 weeks to get here, on September 30, which was fine; but mister Tony had taken the liberty to alter the design - and printed something that was different from what I approved. Needless to say, I was a little "disappointed".
I contacted him the same day, and he merrily said that he would correct his mistake right away, and send me replacements, printed in blue ink. Blue ink? I didn't order blue ink, I ordered black ink!
...
Another month later, on November 1, I emailed Tony again to ask him where the goods were. He told me that he had been on a long trip to Greece (more than a month, for someone who always claims to never have a minute of free time???), but that the cards were ready, and, I quote "I will send them tomorrow". Cool.
...
Another 5 weeks go by, and on December 6 I ask him again where the cards are. Another lame excuse, something about the post office being slow, and now he's going to print me even more cards for free, wow! But get this: in the meantime, I'm getting QSL from stations that ordered their cards after me. Hmmm, they don't have slow post office problems, strange...
...
Today is December 18, and I have been waiting since September 30. Actually, longer than that, since the first batch was "misprinted"; I'd say I've been waiting on my cards, with MY design, for 4 months now.
It's one thing to make a mistake and promptly correct it; false promises and downright lies are something totally different.
This, right here, is where my patience ends. 4 months should be more than enough to print the cards, and correct the mistake. Twice!
I'll give him 1 point for the good job with the P40L cards, but other than that, as the French say: plus jamais!

I received another batch of QSL cards from Tony earlier this week.
They arrived here a little faster this time.
Same great quality, same low price, and same friendly service.
Highly recommended!
Thanks Tony.

I thought about giving this a 4, because of not being able to give a 4.9, but that wouldn't be fair towards Tony, because the only thing that I was unhappy about (payment - see below) is not his fault.
I decided to check out Tony's work when I ran out of cards, as he charges slightly more than half of what I paid before! Simple, black ink on white paper. I use a lot of those, to confirm contest QSOs.
I asked Tony to design something similar to what I had before (made by W4MPY) with just a couple of minor changes and additions. He had the basic design ready in a couple of days.
I asked for a couple of little changes and additions, and all of them were made in less than 24 hours. Not bad, considering the 8 hour time difference! One particular change I had to ask for 3 times, but - just like me - Tony didn't grow up speaking English, so I'll blame it on the language difference :-)
The final approval for the design was given 11 days after I first contacted Tony. Unfortunately he had to leave for a wedding (in Greece!) that following weekend, so the printing was delayed for several days.
In the meantime I paid Tony. Payments in the USA are handled by Dick N7RO. And this is the only time something went wrong. I paid on May 20, asking Dick for a confirmation. On May 26 I finally received word from Dick, and got an Email from Paypal saying that my payment had been denied! Dick explained to me that he didn't accept the payment because he would have been charged a couple of Dollars by Paypal to receive the money from my credit card. No problems with my credit card; it's just the way Paypal does business.
So instead of Dick losing a couple of bucks now I lost a couple of bucks in the transaction, and I had to get a postal money order to send to Dick. Very inconvenient, and totally unnecessary, as both Tony and Dick had told me earlier that he accepts Paypal. All this meant another 10 day delay, just because someone forget to mention that Dick doesn't accept credit card payments via Paypal.
After my second payment was verified to Tony he started printing. As soon as they were finished he sent them to me, that was June 4. Today, July 5 I finally got my package. Tony told me that it would take in between 16 and 25 days to receive my package, so I guess we got a new record here, 31 days from doorstep to doorstep.
The cards are great! I was employed in a big print shop for a couple of years, and I know that it takes more than just a good machine to make it look right. Tony did a fantastic job! The paper is a little lighter than the first ones I had (W4MPY) but the paper quality is better. But I'm sure my HP Deskjet will appreciate the slightly lighter paper. Good quality ink, and perfect outlining. And he did a first class cutting job as well!
Tony did not ship the cards in a box, like he said he would, but his wrapping job is better than what you would expect from a box! At the beginning and end of the stack there are a couple of cards with bent tips, but that of course is because how mail is handled...
One small detail I appreciate very much is Tony's "signature" on the cards. Contrary to other printers Tony keeps it very modest. Unlike other printers' "please please please buy from me" signatures. I like that.
All in all, I'm a happy customer. Will I buy from Tony again? Absolutely! You can't beat his price ($30 per 1000 cards, single color, shipping included!), service is prompt and always friendly, and you'll have to be patient for delivery but Bulgaria is not exactly next door.
Well done Tony! Expect a new order soon.

| EXCELLENT! |
Time Owned: 6 to 12 months. |
Disappointed with the poor (and at times, downright rude)customer service of my usual QSL printer, I e-mailed Tony explaining to him what I wanted to do for a QSL design. He replied in less than 24 hours requesting my artwork that was already done. I sent him my art work for the front and he designed the back per my specs. He sent me back a proof of both sides the next day. I signed off on the proofs the following day, sent a check to the guy who collects his money in the states and I had an e-mail back in 2 weeks saying that my cards were ready for shipment.
Tony's prices are about half of what other printers quoted me, his quality is as good or better and his customer service and communication is outstanding! A great product, fantastic service at a great price. A true professional.
I will most definitely be ordering from Tony again!
Thanks Tony, de Kevin, N3KFD!

Time Owned: 0 to 3 months. |
I sent Tony an email when I learned that Star Printing, my previous supplier, had gone out of business. He replied immediately, sent a .jpg of the design I wanted, did a couple of changes exactly as I described, and printed and shipped the cards promptly. They were delivered right to my door within a few weeks, and they look great. And I concur with G3VGR, Tony does a fantastic packaging job! Excellent service and product quality. A strong 5 rating.
