nice qsl's- Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I expected my QSL's in 4 weeks, it took one extra week- It was explained to me that they were very busy but would get me my QSL's- They are very nice looking, good quality, and I would order from them again. They have a lot of logo's others don't- but should-

Order via the website on 1/13 after reading such glowing reviews. Website has no means to encrypt transmission of credit card number. Received email next day stating "pse allow approx 3-4 weeks for completion." That seemed long, but OK.

On 3/1 I sent email asking for update status. Wayne's reply was that "I left a message for you some time ago but no response." Found later he had left a phone message in my wife's phone mail box on 2/26. He did not send any email updates or messages even when things were badly over due.

The credit card used was an American Express single use number with a January expiration date. I would never send a permanent credit card number by unsecure means. Once he received the order and estimated the ship date, Wayne should have been able to see there would be a problem. (He gave me no idea when the card would be charged.)

Wayne seems to know he screwed up stating: "Hopefully, if we do business again, it will be a more pleasant transaction." I made several suggestions on how he could improve his process. He told me: "all your comments are good and should have been done."

OK, this was my first experience buying QSL Cards. I still know that I don't need to search any further than W4MPY for my printing needs. I ordered and payed online, and everything was delivered promptly and without flaw. I also appreciated the extras that are thrown in. I will recommend W4MPY to everyone. Great job Wayne.

Excellent service! In fact, on a November 2001 order I introduced an error in my address. A completely new printing was needed, but Wayne would NOT hear of charging me to correct my own error. In 20 years I've never been disappointed by QSLs by W4MPY.

I enthusiastically echo the positive things the previous reviewers have stated.

There was a small problem with my last order for QSL cards, so I notified Wayne. While I appreciated his prompt and courteous response, I was astounded by the great way he actually handled the problem.

If customer service and fine products are important to you, get your QSLs from The QSL Man.

ONCE AGAIN Time Owned: more than 12 months.
ONCE AGAIN, The service provide by Wayne Carol was just outstanding. THE QSL MAN provides and excellent product at a very reasonable price. It is good to know that I can depend on his business for excellent products. I just bought 500 eyeball cards and these are perfect for passing around at Ham Fest to friends. I use them when I sell an item on eBay to give more professional look to the transaction.
If you deal with THE QSL MAN, you are dealing with the very best ! ! !

I have bought QSL Cards from Wayne, "W4MPY" several times and I was very pleased with the quality and the service. I have received unsolicited praise comments about some of his cards that I have sent all over the planet. There are many variables in this great hobby when it comes to equipment and antenna's but when it comes to QSL cards the answer is simple. W4MPY, THE QSL KING!!!!!!!!! Need I say More?

I've placed several orders with them and they have been close to perfect. I just placed another order via mail and asked for a few small changes. The cards were very promptly shipped and the usual freebies were included but the 2 small changes were not made. Normally I wouldn't have even cared but Wayne includes a small card stating if anything is wrong, let them know. So I e-mailed them, not expecting much, because that seems to be the way several companies are today. To my surprise, he e-mailed right back wanting me to return the cards and he would ship me new ones at his expense. That seemed like a waste and the small mistakes didn't make the cards unusable but Wayne insisted on making this right. I didn't want to waste the cards or even complain but Wayne said it was a big deal to him and he wanted to make it right. Nice cards, nice prices and nice folks to deal with. Many times you don't know how good a company is until you have a problem and believe me, Wayne and Lola truly care about making sure you are a satisfied customer.

Placed my order on 10-9-01, On 10-15-01 I had the big ole box of QSL cards at my door. The quality of these cards are amazing! All the graphics and even my QTH (represented by a star)showed up in the correct place on the state of NC, nice touch. The eyeball QSO cards are a great idea, and the quality is just as outstanding as the QSL cards. There are also little extras that are in the box and are really nice too! This was my first time ordering from W4MPY but it will in no way be my last time. Thanks Wayne and Lola you have got another loyal customer. Thanks to all those that shared their experience here, it put me on a great product.
