Wayne stands behind what he sells. There was a VERY small error in the cards I ordered. So small in fact that it was hard to see what the error was. I was going to keep them but I saw in the stuff Wayne sent that if I wasn't 100% satisfied I should call him. Well he said that no matter how small the error was, and who was responsible, He should have caught the mistake. You can't ask any more from a vendor than that. That is the definition of product integrity. Wayne will get all my orders in the future and I will recommend him to everyone who asks.

I've used W4MPY for essentially ALL of my QSL printing over the years, from basic 'bureau' cards to high quality color cards (BQ9P, DX1S, etc). All cards exceed expectations, come with a great deal of personal attention by Wayne, and have received many positive comments by the folks that end up receiving them. Wayne's done over 100K qsl cards for me, and will continue to get my orders....when your a QSL manager, the last thing you need is a problem in printing your QSL cards...HI. I just ordered my cards from W4MPY. I got them in about 3 weeks and he threw in some bonus stuff too. The cards are exactly what I wanted and Wayne did a great job making the cards look good.

Occasionally you run across a person who does an outstanding job, overdelivers on his promises and exceeds quality expectations. Never used this fellow before but just got my first order and wanted to tip my hat to someone who obviously cares a great deal about doing a first rate job. My experience was so outstanding I called him up to thank him. My guess is that he treats everybody the same way.

I received my first card from W4MPY yesterday(the full batch takes a little longer via surface mail to Europe).I am delighted with the quality,absolutely razor-sharp printing & everything in it's right place with no mistakes.Like the previous posting a couple of queries I had were answered personally and rapidly via email by W4MPY himself.
The kind of cards you'd be proud to send !

Just recieved my cards today. I e-mailed to find out when they would come and it was a pleasure to recieve an e-mail from a human instead of automated messages. They arrived right on time too. The quality is excellent. Thanks very much Wayne!

W4MPY is the best QSL printer to deal with and he always adds some nice extras, (small cards, info cards, etc.). Will print any special event or other special info on QSL cards as well and is very prompt. I've ordered from him for years and never any problem. And, you can talk to him personally! 73 Tom K4SUS
