Excellent personal service and trust! Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I searched and stumbled onto this service. I ordered his Air Mail and return envelopes, a big plus for QSLing to Europe. I had forgot to include my postage cost for shipping...Bill sent them to me anyway with a note attached (unfortunately I did not see it because I just assumed it was a receipt and WHO sends you stuff on credit these days!).

His service is great and results are fantastic.

fastest way to receive DX qsls Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I purchased stamps from Bill when I was active back in the mid-80s. I was away from the hobby for many years, and was pleasantly surprised to see him still in business.

I've found that using SASEs with foreign is far superior to sending green stamps or IRCs. In most cases, it is cheaper than using IRCs and Bill has stamps for countries that don't even accept IRCs. And, the DX station doesn't have to go through the trouble of turning in the IRC for a stamp or exchanging the currency for a stamp.

I know of only one competitor for foreign stamps. They have the advantage of having a web site you can order from. But, if you take a few seconds to send Bill an e-mail it will be well worth the short wait. You'll have a price list within a day and you'll find his selection is larger and his prices are better.

I've also used Bill's envelopes. His QSL mailers are nice because your outgoing envelopes won't have the tell-tale sign of a folded envelope inside. And, the prices are reasonable here as well. They are just as good quality yet cheaper than others I have used (such as W4MPY's).

The QSL albums are nice too.

great source for DX supplies Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
I discovered Bill at a New Jersey hamfest in april and since then I have purchased about two hundred dollars worth of Air mail cover and return envelopes and Foreign stamps for return postage for my Qsl's. I highly recomend his products. His Qsl albums are also very nice..

He also has great deals on domestic stamps also
when they are available..

Also using foreign stamps I get a ninety percent return rate. and you dont have to wait months for your cards to arrive..

Excellent Products! Time Owned: more than 12 months.
Bill provides excellent service and all of his products are top-notch. I have been using his US Mailers and his Airmail Mailers for all of my QSLing for over 5 years now and they are excellent. Give Bill a try, you will be very happy with the products, the service and the price.

Best method for return postage! Time Owned: more than 12 months.
The best method for getting QSL's out of DX stations is to use their own stamps on a return envelope with your address on it. It's easier for the DX station (they don't have to go out and exchange a US $ or IRC's for stamps and stick it on an envelope), and it helps reduce mail theft (an envelope with stamps on it already means less stuff bouncing around an envelope, and stamps stuck on a pre-addressed envelope are less likely to be stolen then loose $$'s or IRC's). I recently got a card back from LX Luxembourg in NINE DAYS (not 9 business days, NINE DAYS) using DX stamps. And the best place to get your DX stamps is William J. Plum. His prices are better, and his selection is better than the "other guy". He doesn't currently have a web site, but he'll email you back his latest price list in a jiffy if you email him at plumdx@msn.com.
