The ultimate Logging Solution Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I have spend a lot of time on exporting logs and integrate or translate various data files due to in-compatibility that older DOS based programs had. I have used mainly K1EA for SSB/CW and WF1B for RTTY, but the problem was that I did not have a single source for all logs.
Now, I have collect all past logs, convert them to ADIF and load them in Logger32. I use N1MM as a daily logging software and Logger32 as the main database. I actually use very few of its facilities, but as I can see, it can do a lot of nice jobs.
I would like to see more awards trackings, maybe user defined.
Gongrats and Thanks !!!

Exellent free Logger with mayy features Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I think Logger32 is about the best logging software out there, and the it's free!

I have never had any problems with the support group. they have been very helpfull and I've
asked some dumb questions in the past.

The help file takes a little getting used to but that is because there is volumes of information there!

The creation of Logger forced the commercial software types to get out of the DOS world!

Bob and the group created what I consider one good looking User interface! If you dont like it you can cange it or link Logger32 to the VERY nice user interface of Ham Radio Deluxe's
Main window and all the powerful featured it has to make it a spectaular combination!

Excellent program Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
I hace recently returned to using Logger 32 (ver. 3.0.8) as my logging program. It is comprehensive, flexible, stable and by far the best logging program I have used in my 23 years as a ham radio operator.

It takes time to learn and set up but is well worth the the time spent as it takes the effort out of the logging process. I print directly on to my QSL cards using the infomation supplied by logger and also use it to print envelopes for mailing cards. Both processes involve creating mail merges which take time to set up but, once again, the time spent is well rewarded with the results achieved.

Great Logger!! Time Owned: 6 to 12 months.
This is the best logger I have ever used, it has so many features that even the paid loggers dont have! Note: this program is a little hard to understand at first, but it is worth it~!

Fantastic Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I have been using this programme for several years now and it just keepws getting better with each release. I subscribe to the reflector which gives very valuable help and through this and my own searching I still come up with new things this programme can do. It works well with both eQSL and LoTW. I have never had a problem with using it, locking up, losing data etc. I had a complete hard drive crash which requireda reformat and reinstall I just loaded but back up files (kept separately) and it came back looking exactly as it did prior to the crash (much relief)
Try this you will love it and it will become a very valuable Ham Radio partner

Excellent Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I have been using Logger and the newer Logger32 for several years now. I have been very happy with it using the features DXCC, WAS, rig control, and using with LoTW.
I can honestly say I have had no problems with it and use it everyday.
The program is free and I also subscribe to the email reflector.
If you are looking for a logging program, try this for it is free and you will like the features it has.

Very good software Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I was a DOS Turbolog user for years, but got fed up with expectations of a proper Windows version which was delayed. I used contest logging software for the last few years but it was never 100% useful.
Friends GM4YXI and GM3JQJ told me about Logger32. I tried setting it up and using it without reading any help files, which is always a good initial test of how 'user friendly' any software is.
The 'default' settings are poor, the QSO entry window cannot be customised the way I want it, ADIF exporting has some problems, but I'd still rate it 5/5 after using it for a short time - it does everything I want it to.
I tried entering just 2 letters of a callsign and Logger32 said something unkind to me ;-)
Thanks Bob and team. 73 Chris GM3WOJ/ZL1CT

Productive Time Owned: more than 12 months.
Having Logger32 for more than a year, it has became a really valuable 'partner'.
In the daily operation has proved very effective with all the automation that provides (like CAT) and with callsign and qsl info resolution.
Also the cluster capabilities are indeed very usefull and can be tailored to fine grain.
Sometimes is so fun to just have all the spots you are interested in, on the world map, and by just point and click you have your radio tuned automatically on every frequency just to see what you can hear and what not. And if you open the band map, you can have in one view what is going on on the selected band and even a visible indication of your trx's frequency. So as you move your dial you can see from who's pilup you are passing!
Also in conjuction with the display of the Ham CAP you can see and test the propagation conditions for your DX callsign and band.

Certainly the nostalgic ham might not use all these hi-tech features that Logger32 offers, but I think that this experience worth to have a try and it costs nothing!

Lots of features, really tons of features from a free program, and to be honest it is robust and although for amateurs is highly professional!

We need to give a big 'ThankYou' to the Logger32 team.

Only one gripe Time Owned: more than 12 months.
This is a great program - probably the best.
The only gripe I have is time off when in a net.
Hotkeys would be a much better way of doing this.
I am told the program author does not like net operation and will not implement this. Well I don't like rubber stamp QSO's but being a fair minded person I would not penalise people who do.

Nothing Better Time Owned: more than 12 months.
Logger32

I have tried just about all the logging programs out there. Indeed, I've spent (and in some cases wasted) a fair amount of money over many years in attempt to find my "ideal" logging program. For the past year, however, I have settled on Logger32, even though I have continually tried other programs (never for more than a week or so, however). Now in a full release, this program with rare exception does it all.

I will not go into all its features. This is something every person needs to experience and it will take weeks to devour it all. In fact, even today one year later, I continue to find new features that I've either missed in the help files or which have been secretly added! You never know what you might find by right-clicking a different field within the program.

I will state, however, that the most useful feature I find in this program is how it manages its serial ports, especially for rig control. Most other programs always "fault" when they cannot find a “connected” radio -- or if you turn off a radio while the logging program is running. I have always found this to be a real nuisance. Not so with Logger32. Turn the rig off and on at will. If the rig is on, Logger32 will find it. Turn the rig off while Logger32 is running and it doesn’t mind at all.

Oh, BTW, it’s free. Thank you to K4CY and the Logger32 team.
