    Passed My Extra and only studied 18 hours! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
    I wish I had known about this for my Tech and General licenses. For those I used HamStudy and memorized the answers. For my extra I wanted something more... I wanted to UNDERSTAND. After using HamTestOnline for my extra, I wish I had used it for my other two licenses because I think I would not have needed to study as much!

    What's great is that they present the information and TEACH it in a logical order and then ask the test questions. Then they periodically re-ask questions to make sure they stay in your memory. If you're weak on a question, they'll ask it more often so that you can learn it.

    I really feel like I learned both the theory and the test questions/answers easily with this software/website. My examiners said they'd never seen anyone take the test so quickly and confidently.

    At 80, it was my bucket list to upgrade to Extra. I found HamTestOnline to be not only very helpful, but intuitive. It cued in on what I was missing and used insights and correlation buried within the program. I was not memorizing the answers, I was understanding. Passed on first take two days ago with a 94%. Yeh!

    On-line study with HamTestOnline prepared me to pass Technician, General and Extra on first try. Those courses, the ai, is fantastic. Really don't think I would have been anywhere near prepared as I was without it. I really enjoyed the ongoing choices the ai was giving me. Adaptive decision tree as it ought to be. Well done! I found out about HamTestOnline from the guy that sold me my antenna analyzer - a very, very good suggestion. Thanks!!!

    Best course to get your Ham license or to upgrade! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
    When I decided late last year to upgrade to Extra class, I took the recommendation of one of our club members to use Ham Test Online.

    I followed Ham Test Online's recommendation to go through the complete course prior to trying any practice exams. After going through the complete course of study, I took my first practice test and scored a 94%. I spent a few more hours reviewing the weak areas and taking several additional practice tests. Since the course highlights your weak areas it was a breeze to review just those areas without having waste additional study time.

    The program also does an excellent job with the math required and helps you learn and understand the needed formulas. This system is so much better than just memorizing answers. I know that I have learned the material and now have a great base of knowledge to move forward in Ham radio.

    I started studying in late December and was prepared for my test by early February. I took my test on February 6, 2021 and scored 100%

    Great way to study for the Extra Exam!!! Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
    After putting off studying for my Extra for 51 years, I finally got serious. The HamTestOnline program really did the trick for me. The technical explanations are very complete. They taught me just enough to get a basic understanding of the subject matter and plenty enough to get correct answers.
    I ended up getting 100% on my test after only 2.5 months of sporadic study. And now, I've filled in some of the blanks in my knowledge of the regulations and of the principles of transmission line, antennas, how digital stuff works and digital modes.
    Suggestion: learn how to do some digital mode stuff like psk31 and ft8 before trying to understand the test questions on Extra Class.
    This program learns your mistakes and is customizable to fit your learning style. If you want to pass the Extra, get this program. Well worth the money!!

    Passed my Tech exam with flying colors. Very easy to use and it is very intuitive and helps you in your area of struggle. Won't hesitate to recommend this to anyone interested in getting into the hobby.
    There are other products out there that basically teach you the answers but this product goes further into understanding why that's the answer.

    Excellent resource. I've used it to pass both my Technician and General test. Passed my Extra test last week. I used this in combination with the AARL manual set. The programmed approach is both intuitive and very efficient in the presentation and drilling of study materials. Works great on a Smartphone too.

    Great exam preparation for Amateur radio licenses. I particularly liked how the AI would re-quiz me on the items that I got wrong until I had learned the subject. This feature alone saved me tons of time studying. I am an IT person - if only I could find this type of exam preparation for my IT recurrancy exams I would use that too.

    Thank you for a great product that is well worth the money. There are also really good statistics that graph ones improvement over time. I found them particularly interesting when I looked back on them after the exam.

    I'll use this again when I get my advanced licenses.
