    Passed Extra - No Problem Thanks _ Ham Test Online Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
    Been a ham for 61 years. I'm 74 and studying isn't something that comes easily to me. I found Ham Radio Online to be a great resource. After using the Ham Radio OnLine study tools and practice tests, I was confident I could pass the exam and did so easily. If I can pass the Extra anyone who wants to put in the time can do so as well. Thanks Ham Test Online. Also want to thank the VE's at the Fort Myers Amateur Radio Club. Without their dedication this hobby would not be the same.

    Great online learning experience Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
    I just aced (100%) my Extra exam and a lot of the success is attributed to HamTestOnline. I used the trifecta of studying the ARRL license book, watching Dave Casler's videos and this site for just over a month. For Extra there is a lot of material to cover! I did what is suggested and only did the study mode until was above 85% and then for last week just did the practice tests over and over again until always 90% or above. Although the web site says you don't need the book, I found it and Dave's videos helped give me a more in depth understanding of the material. I highly recommend this site for those preparing to take the ham test.

    A great way to pass the exams Time Owned: more than 12 months.
    I first used this to pass the Tech exam back in 2015, and recently used it to pass the General. Got a perfect score on each. If you follow the recommended use of this service, (staying in study mode with no practice tests before 85% complete) it's essentially impossible to fail the actual exams. Any questions you get wrong in study mode will keep getting repeated at calculated intervals until you memorize them. Topic pages are presented prior to the questions, with links to explore the material in depth. It's a good balance between passing the tests and truly learning the material.

    HamTestOnline is a great study aid! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
    I used HamTestOnline back in 2017 to study for my original Technician Class license, and just recently to prepare for my new General Class upgrade (1/6/2021) which I passed with a perfect score! I'm not going to wait so long for my Amateur Extra, so I've already started studying for that exam with HamTestOnline! I found it's well worth the modest investment in my education.

    Great study resource for ham radio exams! Time Owned: more than 12 months.
    I passed my Technician in 2017, my General on December 5, 2020, and my Amateur Extra on January 2, 2021! I got 100% on all three exams using HamTestOnline!

    Superb basic tool for learning exam materials. So far, taken Technician and General (scored 100%)

    It's a smart training system and keeps track of what you screw up and cycles back to those questions periodically.

    Immediate reinforcement when answering questions, then can go back and re-read the appropriate text background.

    This is the Best Time Owned: more than 12 months.
    If you want you license this is the way to do it, I work as an Electrician for more then 30 plus years so it help on the general class , I got a 100, used it for the Extra was in a hurry only got an 88, took it about 3 mo after I got my general. This program is the best Had my License now for more then 10 years and I am almost 79 years old, so any one can do it

    I wish I had used Ham Test Online for Tech and General but no matter, it worked great for Extra! It predicted I would need 30 hours of study.....and in 30 days of averaging an hour a day, the program notified me I was ready to pass the exam! This program was recommended by another ham (I have thanked him already) and I will be recommending it to any ham who wants to test. More than worth the money. I was encouraged when I read on the site that the average user is a 60 year old with a not so great memory.........

    Excellent Resource Time Owned: 6 to 12 months.
    HamTestOnline helped me go through all three levels in one year. It offer so much more than just practice questions, it tracks what you get right and wrong so it can reinforce the things you are having trouble with while not constantly showing you the things you already have down. It also has training materials built into the site to help you learn as you go. The site tracks your study sessions and shows you how often and how long you are studying for, and tells you when you have reached the point you should think about scheduling your actual test. Many sites have practice questions, this one goes above and beyond.

    This in my honest opinion was the best study tool for passing the extra exam. It presents the material, and then asks questions. If you miss the question, it gets flagged so you get asked it multiple times later until you answer it correctly consistently. It focuses the questions on what you are missing. While I recommend spending most of the time in study mode, I also recommend spending some time (after you have covered all the material) taking the practice tests, as it flags whatever questions you miss, so you get exposed to the questions more in study mode. I also supplemented my study with hamstudy.org, as that site has some excellent hints on how to remember the correct answer. I would highly recommend HamTestOnline.
