    Great online course: study, review, testing & study statistics Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
    I decided to get my Ham Technical License when I joined my city's Emergency Preparedness Committee. I purchased the ARRL Ham Radio License Manual and was overwhelmed by all of the information that I had to learn and the way it was laid out. A mentor on my committee suggested I try HamTestOnline. I really liked their approach to rote memorization. If I missed a concept in the test following a section. It would repeat the question later in the program until had reached an 85% level of testing knowledge. In taking the practice test, it would show my percentage of knowledge so on the day of the test I felt very comfortable in taking the test. I was so impressed with their program, I signed up for the for the General Class.

    I passed my General Class today and feel a great sense of accomplishment. I want to thank my friend, Jim L. for recommending Ham Test Online. I believe in HTO teaching method of detailed explanation and repetitive testing with a special emphasis on areas that I was having trouble in.

    Best way to take sample exams Time Owned: 6 to 12 months.
    This was my 3rd and final attempt to take the Extra. The previous 2 times, "life" got in the way. Between the W4EEY course on YouTube AND the HamTestOnline to take practice tests, and review material, it was a winning combination. Finally passed and took around 50 sample tests before the "big one". Good luck for those going for the "top ticket" in Ham Radio.

    Surprised how fast it was to get my Extra Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
    I swear, a lot of hours studying for 2 weeks and passed my Extra! So happy! Thank you for a great product. The program worked flawlessly and is worth every Penney.

    THE BEST WAY TO PRACTICE AND LEARN Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
    I want to say thank you to Greg, WW1S for his study and practice exam methods to pass my Extra ticket the first time! I am a hobbyist and not coming from an electronics background, not an engineer, I work in the mortgage business and just enjoy ham radio as a true hobby. The extra test was dauting and very difficult for me, but with some study time and taking the practice tests until I was at about 80% consistently sure enough did it! I would recommend the HamTestOnline to everybody wanting to pass their Extra ticket! 73's see you on the Extra frequencies!

    From "wanna-be" to General Class in a month. Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
    This program is far more than just practice testing. It has an intellegent study mode that gives information on a topic with links to deeper study on that subject. It then follows with test questions to test your understanding of the material. As the student continues, the program throws in review questions to strengthen the memory and understanding. It also has practice tests, and it keeps track of your scoring. You can set up your tests to concentrate on your weak areas. After several hours of study with HamTestOnline, I passed both the Technician and General Exams with 100% scores! This program is very easy to use, more effective than book study, and it is fairly priced. I will continue using this program to prepare for the EXTRA exam!

    Great Way to Pass Your Ham License Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
    I signed up on March 5th, and went for my Extra license. Missed a few days, but overall practiced hard for a month. Took their advice and signed up to take my Extra exam two weeks after starting the course. I’m an ADHD guy, so at 77, it was sometimes frustrating, but the material was excellently provided, and exactly one month later, on April 6th, I took my exam with Tamaqua Wireless Assoc. and scored 90% (I knew I could have done better). I highly recommend HamTestOnline to prepare for your next license. Worth every penny!

    Really great study site for Extra Class license Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
    I just wanted to let you know that I passed the extra today at the monthly testing session in Garland, TX while I was out in the Dallas area on business. Many thanks to HamTestOnline as the adaptive approach really helped. I was also really nice that I had done a whole bunch of practice exams using the same format that the testing session used on their tablets.

    Well Worth It. Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
    Upgraded to Extra in less than a month. The program tracks study time, progression and your weak subjects.
    A lot of material to cover so having the computer tracking you is very helpful. The material is explained well in the course and laid out nicely. I would recommend it for any ham. I found it very helpful. Good job by your crew.

    An excellent method for studying for the exam. Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
    I used HamTestOnline for both my Technical and General Exams. I passed the Technical without missing a question. I passed the General with only one wrong. The design of the HamTestOnline software is truly incredible. It is totally flexible which allows you to study in many different ways. Set it up so that you can suit the style of study that suits you best. I wish something like this had been around for my college years. When I am ready for the Extra I will definitely be back.
