    The cornerstone of my study routine Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
    With out this program I would not have passed my Extra with 96%. HamTest Online should be the first tool you get to help you on your way to getting/upgrading your Ham Ticket

    HamTestOnline is awesome. Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
    I spent my work life in public and private education. I had no background in two-way communications or electricity with the exception of a house-wiring class fifty years ago. Which means I knew the definitions of ac, dc, volts, ohms, power and that's it. This was the best $$ I ever spent. As soon as I completed the Tech test, I ordered the General test instruction and had my Gen ticket three weeks later.

    Worth the time investment Time Owned: 6 to 12 months.
    Took 50 hrs of time to prep for my Extra with HTO. Loved their learning model. When i hit 85%, i took a few practice tests scoring well over 92% on each. I then registered for an on-line exam, took and passed that day.

    While i used several sources to study, HTO helped me learn the materal and not just memorize answers. It was well worth the time invested.

    NOTE: while i did test for extra online. I took my Tech and General exam with my local club. I feel it is imperative that one joins and supports their local club to gain real experience, receive mentorship, and truly engage in this hobby. Just getting your ticket is not enough.

    Using Ham Test Inline (HTO) with their algorithms is the biggest development in instructional technology. HTO tracked my studies to focus on my weak points. HTO made possible for me to progress through Element 4 and pass the exam in about one month.

    Not Easy Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
    If you're looking for an easy way to become a Ham this isn't it, because frankly this isn't an easy hobby. You can't just run out and buy a bunch of stuff. But that's what attracted me to it in the first place.

    I started with a pile of books for Technician which were basically the question pool with the answers. I could get through it, but I wanted more.

    HamTestOnline gives you a foundation to work on. I passed the Technician, passably well and then immediately tackled General. I really followed the study regimen and to my astonishment I passed with a 97%. I felt I really understood the concepts.

    If you're weak in an area they won't let you get away, it will keep popping up. Darn you antenna radiation patterns.

    I've am now working on Extra and while HTO is not my only study resource it is my main one.

    I do wish they had a phone app, it would make studying on the go a bit more convenient.

    I cannot recommend it more highly.

    Got 100% on my General with the HamTest Online Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
    If it wasn't for Hamtest Online, I don't think I would have passed by General test with a 100% on the first try. I have tried other test programs before finding Hamtest Online but nothing compares to it!! I look forward preparing for my Extra test with Hamtest Online at my side all the way!

    By the way, I passed the Amateur Extra exam thanks to Ham Test Online

    Pretty much the only tools I used to prep for tech/general Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
    This site just works. It's easy to use. The training/learning algorithm is awesome. I tried a few other online systems/sites to prep and left them all. Once I got to hamtestonline I knew I had found the one for me. I easily recommend it for anyone looking to get into or further along with the hobby.

    I've already told pretty much everyone who asked this is the place to go. PS my buddy used it go go from zero to General on his first try also. Just spend the money. It's cheap and SO good.

    Super Learning Tool, Delivered Excellent Results Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
    I thought that Extra was beyond me at my age of nearly 80, but HamTestOnline proved me wrong. While I followed some topics of the course beyond that required for passing the Extra test (because they were subjects that interested me), I took two months to get through the material. I took the Extra test 4 days ago and passed with a 92% so I am satisfied with HamTestOnline to say the least.

    I don’t usually write reviews, but I can honestly, highly recommend using HamTestOnline for all the licenses! I just passed my Extra recently and wish I had used it for Tech and General. The adaptive learning technique used in this program is incredibly effective at teaching the material as well as getting you ready for the test in the least painful manner possible!

    Back last April I used Hamtestonline to ace the General exam after studying for 2 weeks. I am a VE and realized that to be really effective you need to be an Extra. I joined again this past December and two weeks ago started a very intense study period. I never thought I could make extra. I spent 5-6 hours a day studying and doing tests. I got to where I was getting 85-95% and one time a 100% on the tests.
    I had purchased the ARRL Extra book but it overwhelmed me and frankly scared the heck out of me. But Hamtestonline walks you through the learning process!

    I went to the test last Saturday and got only 1 wrong! I am thrilled and recommend Hamtestonline to everyone!
