Great OCFD - indestructible & good for small spaces!			Time Owned: more than 12 months.
Since 1994 I have this Fritzel FD3 with the series 83 AMA 1:6 voltage balun in continuous use. Since this time I have no complaints to report. It is a universal OCFD antenna that is virtually indestructible, just like the larger FD4. However, an additional current choke in the feedline is imperative to use. Without saying many words, the Fritzel and later HoFi quality is first class - five stars.

La Petite Windom			Time Owned: 6 to 12 months.
Idéal dans un petit jardin ou si vous n'avez pas de grand espace.Montez en V inversé elle permet un trafic honorable sur 40 - 20 & 10m . Avec la modif signalée sur le site de PA0FRI ( self de 77µH et 3M~ de fil 1.5 carré dans le prolongement du petit brin ) je rajoute la bande 80M. Simple et efficace pourquoi bouder cette antenne. Même sur les bandes WARC elle tire son épingle du jeux et une filaire est toujours discrète pour ménager les voisins suspicieux. En 8 mois, 4 continents et 48 pays en cw QRP 5 W only .

Good Wire antenna			Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I have the FD3 now for over 2 years.Mostly use it on 40M,as for the other bands i have other antenna's.But sometimes,by mistake,i also make good DX on the Fd3 on 20M. On 40M i made VU7RG,A52AM,XT2C and many nice ones more. I have it hanging as Inverted V. Higest point at 8,5 Meters,on the roof. Ofcourse there are much better antenna's,but for people who can't use big antenna's,the FD3 is a great one to use. My HF Antenna Fritzel FD-3			Time Owned: 6 to 12 months.
The Fritzel FD 3 HF Antenna,is a great antenna! He is made for the 10-20-40 meter bands,and wil also works on the 80 and 160 meter band. Only good results on 80 and 160 meter bands in combination with a MFJ 969 de luxe versa antennatuner.On al the bands a SWR of 1:1!!! It's unbelevable,wat's MFJ promisseds,comes tru! Sending to a Italien station on 80 meters,from the south of the Netherlands,wil be a recieve in Italy to 20 DB over 9 on the fieldstrong meter.I worked with 100 watt's PEP,in the LSB mode.The better results with the Inverted V FD 3 antenna,from Mr. Fritzel,try it by yourself!
