1 month Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Great mic, great styling, nearly flat frequency response of 30-20,000 Hz. Does not pick up puff noise as much as some other mics that I have used.
Mic is not very heavy and comes standard with a ring mount so mounting it on a boom is no problem.
Lightly EQ it with a mixer, this mic is fabulous. Needs 48 volts phantom power to operate.

Marshall wins over GoldlinePro Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
I have done the A vs B&C mic tests on air. The Marshall 2003 and the V67 win, hands down over my Heil Goldline Pro. Feedback from on air contacts said I sounded like I was there in the room next to them talking. Ratings Heil Goldline Pro 5, Marshall MLX2003 9.5, and the Marshall MLX V67 10.0, ten being best and one worst. The Marshall's were purchased from Sam Ash. The 2003 cost me $149 w/shockmount. The V67 (gold screen/green body) $87 w/out shockmount. The V67 tries to emulate a vintage tube sound. There you have it. 73's
