Incredible Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I couldn't ask for better quality full color custom cards printed from my digital photograph. Dave was the fastest of any QSL card company to respond, and what a friendly, super person to do business with. He will get my repeat business for sure. We went from concept to delivery at my door in one week - that's amazing!

Excellent Experience Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I looked all over for a company to do custom QSL cards. I could not find any that wanted to do anything but traditional "off the shelf" cards. I found QSL Factory by doing an Internet search. I then sent my design ideas and artwork directly to them right on their website. Dave took my artwork and design ideas and translated them into really first class cards almost overnight. I had the proof back on two different designs in about 24 hours. Now that is real service! I had both printed and delivered in less than two weeks. Great looking product at a reasonable price. Thanks Dave!

Simply The Best Time Owned: more than 12 months.
How can anyone say a bad word about the QSL Factory. This was my second batch of cards from them and from the time I sent my e-mail to receiving my proof was less than 8 hours. Card stock is high quality and printing quality, well all I can say is they are beyond anything obtainable in the U.S.A. (sad but true). I have been very lucky to have a very high QSL return rate, but I don't think it is so much luck as having gotten the attention of my DX contacts with a beautiful card. Thanks Dave.

In my 40+ years in amateur radio the hobby has changed a lot. One of the areas of change is in the quality of QSL cards received. When I first became licenced the vast majority of hams took great pride in the quality of their QSL cards. These days the vast majority of cards I receive are cheap, unattractive, prints, ie the $9.99 per hundred cards.

I have always thought that the card you send represents you and your station. It's an insult to me when I get a crummy card from someone running an Icom 7800 and a 6 element yagi. If you can afford a nice station you can afford a nice card, and it will improve your return ratio, thats a fact.

Having moved to a new QTH I set out to get new cards. After scanning and sending my old card to a number of QSL printers I was shocked to receive replies that many were not capable of printing the card. One printer sent me a reply and said they thought they could print the card and they would get back to me in a few days.

I had e-mailed a scanned old card to Dave at the QSLfactory.com. His web site said you will get a reply in 8 hours. I was very pleased when 6 hours later I got an e-mail from Dave saying he could do the card, and he also sent along a workup of suggested changes. I worked with Dave via e-mail on Friday night and Sat. morning. Each time I made a change a proof came back within 8 hours. By noon on Sat I had a proof of the best card I have ever had.

I placed my order and in less than a week Dave e-mailed me that they were shipped. I received my cards today and I must say the quality of his work is nothing short of total excellence. If you want cheap stock, cheap printing then go buy from cheap Qsl's. If you want a great card like my four color card that you will be proud to send out then give Dave at the QSLfactory.com your business. Thank's Dave.

I sent Dave an email a day before New Years Eve with a few ideas and a picture I really wanted to
use on a custom qsl card. Within a few hours he had sent me a response with a designed card to ask
me if I liked the design. After a few emails explaining how I would really like the card to appear
I received an email with the card design that I had invisioned On the morning of New Years Day.
Dave had worked on it New Years Eve and I had not even sent him a deposit. The cards are awesome
and the price for custom work on a good card stock is very reasonable. Dave emailed me on a
Tuesday to tell me the cards had been sent from the UK to Ontario and that I may see them that
week. I thought from the UK to Ontario in less then a week - no way. Friday afternoon, my mail
lady dropped them off. The Royal Mail is very impressive. I think if you want a custom card this
is the place to go. They were a great help and did not put any sales pressure on me.

Thanks QSL Factory....Cheers

Cards with Class Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I was searching for a QSL card with a traditional, yet stylish, design and quality workmanship and found exactly what I was looking for at the QSL Factory.

The Brits have a flair for design and printing, I must say. Very high quality, not as expensive as you might think.

QSL Factory has stuff you won't find on this side of the pond. The only surprise was how fast the Royal Mail got them to my door in Tennessee.

Terrific service Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
It was my pleasure working with Dave, G8NTE, on my latest QSL card. My input was a good idea but Dave, being a very creative person, took that idea and embellished it into something eye catching. Without his willingness to help I would have had, once again, a card that was just average at best. The print quality is quite high. Now I am very proud to send my new cards out.

Dave is quite responsive to emails and gets the job done very quickly. After agreeing to the design the cards were on their way back to me in just six days.

Very Good Service Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
I gave Dave a brief outline of what I was looking for and after several changes mostly moving stuff around on the card I could not be happier.

I wanted an old flavour with some modern additions with a few suggestions I left the rest to Dave. Very happy with the result.

Cards arrived well packaged and in good order. All took about two weeks start to finish. I will be ordering again.

Master Piece Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I provided Dave "G8NTE" of QSLfactory my home grown QSL as a template. He turned it into a Master Piece card that I am very proud to send out. The turn around on the design was over-night and Dave modified it happily based on my review. The service / shipping was fast and efficient. Globalization is a wonderful thing.
