Impressive service Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I wanted a distinctive QSL for my 2 meter EME contacts and found The QSL Factory through a Google search. I sent a proof and price request and was surprised at how promptly Dave replied. His suggestions and my digital picture resulted in a QSL I will be proud to send to those I work via moonbounce. When I received the cards (about a week after placing the order) I was so pleased with them that I immediately entered another order for use with meteor scatter contacts. To Dave: Thanks for a job well done.!

Beautiful Card, Excellent Service Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I wanted a distinctive QSL Card that reflected my own station as well as the legacy of my father, a silent key who held the call sign that is now mine. I sent Dave a picture of a sunset seen from my Dad's fishing cottage, and Dave designed a stunning and eye-catching QSL card around it. The quality of the card is superb, and the total turnaround time from my initial inquiry to receipt of the cards including design, printing and shipping was only 21 days. I will definitely use Dave's services again.

Great QSL Cards Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Having recently updated my details on QRZ.COM after a break for a few years from ham radio, I felt it was time to replace my old single colour QSL card with something that showed the station in greater detail. I wanted a quality QSL card using a personalised photograph. So I set up the digital camera and started taking pictures of myself in the shack. Having decided on the best shot I set about emailing printing companies to get the new cards done. The QSL Factory were the first to reply and Dave even rang me on my mobile to check out the details that evening.

Within a day Dave had used his artistic touch to get the card just right. Proofs were emailed back and payment was sent via Pay Pal. Dave emailed me to say that the job was in the print queue and would be ready for dispatch by the end of the week. True to his word the cards arrived 7 working days later and they are excellent.

I cannot thank Dave enough for his prompt attention. The cards are excellent quality and the price is very competitive.

The finished QSL card can be seen at QSL.COM along with all the G0JTN station details.

ZD8I - Ascension Island Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.

I am QSL manager for ZD8I. Ian wanted a quality QSL card using an original photograph, but we could not design the card until Ian landed on Ascension Island and started taking photographs. The problem was that Ian was too busy on the HF bands to go out taking pictures !

Panic started to set in here when incoming QSL cards began to arrive and I still didn't have any ZD8I ones to reply with. By this time Ian had designed a QSL card on his PC and it was ready to be emailed to the UK for me to get some quotes .... disaster struck in the shape of a hard disk crash. Now, Ascension Island isn't the place where you can pop out to a local computer shop and buy a new one!

I contacted Dave at the QSL Factory who asked for our ideas and a colour photograph. Within 24 hours we had the final design and within 8 working days I was sending out the QSL cards.

We cannot thank Dave enough for his prompt attention. The cards are excellent quality and the price is very competitive.

The finished QSL card can be seen at www.zd8i.net but it is a low resolution image so that it downloads quickly. If you want to look at one in close-up you will have to work ZD8I to get one of your own !

Excellent graphic work, high quality product, quick turnaround Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I wanted a full-color, two-sided custom QSL cards for my holiday DXpedition to Tobago. I gave Dave at the QSL Factory my ideas, and he developed an attractive card for me. I had the finished cards in hand within a few weeks. I thought the price (which included graphic design, printing, and shipping) was very reasonable -- especially given the quick turnaround time and the small order quantity (500 cards). I will use the QSL Factory for all future QSL card orders.

Superior customer service, superior quality Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
When it comes to QSL cards, I am picky. I'll admit it. I like a one-of-a-kind design that will reflect individuality. I read all the reviews here and looked at several websites when choosing a printer for my new cards. I found the website for QSL Factory and was highly impressed with the designs - they're very unique. The website is also user-friendly, well laid out and easy to navigate.

So, I e-mailed Dave with the preliminary idea for what I wanted my card to look like and included a digital photo. Within a few hours I received a very friendly reply from Dave AND a preliminary proof of the design!

We e-mailed back and forth a few times and tweaked the color a bit. I had some particular demands - I wanted a rather lengthy block of text on the reverse side of the card and Dave really worked hard to get it to fit and make it look nice. I also had questions about the weight/sturdiness of the card stock used. I wasn't happy with the card stock used by another printer - it was rather thin and flimsy. Dave made the offer to send me samples of their card stock, just to make sure I'd be happy. He really went the extra mile to make sure he got it right. He was prompt in answering my questions and he also gave suggestions on ways to improve the design.

The timeframe:
I first contacted QSL Factory on Oct. 28th. Final proof approved for printing on Oct. 30th. Cards shipped (from London, UK) on Nov. 7th. Cards arrived Nov. 12th. Packaging was excellent, very secure. Cards were well protected. Payment was also very secure and instantaneous, made via PayPal.

Card quality:
The proofs don't do these cards justice. The print quality is superb and the colors are vivid. Photo and graphics are clean - no blurriness or "jaggies" with the text. The reverse side is well laid out and includes all the text I requested. Card stock is a good weight, not paper-thin.

Overall:
I would highly recommend QSL Factory for anyone in the market for a QSL card. Dave has some really creative templates for cards (both photo and non-photo designs), or you can do like me and send him your own photo and get a custom designed card. The price was excellent - around $100 US for 500 cards, including shipping from the UK. Customer service was unbeatable.

Don't waste your money on generic, "plain-Jane" cards... get one that is as unique and memorable as you are! Go to QSL Factory!
