Very good Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I use WriteLog a lot for contesting, but N3FJF's programs are catching up fast on my overall WriteLog usage. I would drop WriteLog all together if Scott could implement SO2R capability into his contesting software.

Great programs from a great guy.

Really nice software! Great layout. Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
--I downloaded N3FJP's AC Log 2.8 software (trial version) and could not be happier with a logging program. I have tried several different logging programs, and Scott's seems to be the best. After only a few days of using it in "trial" mode, I sent him the money, and absolutely love it. Easy to use and easy to understand. I had a question with the software and Scott emailed me with a response almost immediately. They say you get what you pay for, and I got an excellent product at a great price. Thanks, Scott.

Only the Best Time Owned: more than 12 months.
Scott and Kim do a great job on the AC Log program, I have been using it for a couple of years and I love it. The ability of it to computer control the radio makes it so much easier to use I actually do quite a bit of contesting.

this is the best, the service is amazing, and very responsive.

Best $ I ever spent on a program , and I have never read the directions, its that easy to use.

I love this soft ware. I never contested before this and was still logging by hand for day to day logging. I tried his AC LOG and was impressed. it is easy to learn ( a couple of minutes) and works extremely well.

I spent the $49.95 ( or perhaps it was $39.95) for the whole bunch and am so glad I did. I just finished my second contest and I love it. It makes it easy. You look on the CD for the contest, this on was Nov Sweep Stakes (nov SS) and load it. It sets it up for you.

You run the log while working the contest, when done you select "prepare cabrillo file", and then send it to the email address in the software for this contest (phoness@arrl.org or some such). If you choose to you can also export it to your "regular" log if you want. it supports the AC log format, cabrillo, and adif.

He gives free upgrades for ever. He also listens to what you want and adds it to the soft ware, like the new ver 2.5 has auto upload to LOTW once you have your certs.

Try his 45 day free trial, and then buy it. It is better than a toasted english muffin with peanut butter on it. It is really a neat program.

Now if I could just learn to type.....

Excellent and User Friendly Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
W6USN is a diverse station, it is for contesting, chasing DX, net control for a Naval Cryptology net, and casual operating. The N3FJP software takes care of all our needs and is very easy to understand. We purchased the CD with all the logging programs. It was very easy to load into the computer and get running. Most other software is complex and at times intimidating! If you need assistance, Scott-N3FJP is top notch with his answers. W6USN and N3FJP, a great duo!

Easy to use, cheap, and effective Time Owned: more than 12 months.
Scott has done a terrific job with all of his contesting logging software. I have used his products for 4 years now, and NEVER have I been disappointed. He listens to his users, and has many advanced features for his programs, but the software is also simple enough for a newcomer to pick up on in just minutes. All of it integrates into his master logging program, ACLog, and it writes the log up in Cabrillo, and even gives you the e-mail address for the log to be sent. Several times now, I've had the log complete, e-mailed in, exported to the master log, as well as LOTW, and I've had QSL records, via LOTW within 15 minutes of the conclusion of a contest. It's just slick, and you really cannot beat the price. Also, Scott has some of the best customer service I've encountered anywhere, period. He's prompt, polite, and always trying to improve his product for ease of the customer. Great stuff.

A great loggingprogram keeps on geting better! Time Owned: more than 12 months.
Scott continues to hit the mark with improvements to his logging program. V 2.7 is outstanding! He listens to what the users have to say. An outstanding value for a logging program that matches up with the best programs available.

What's even better is that Scott incorporates the new features from the general logging program into his contest logging programs.

I've logged over 15K contacts with logging program since 1999. This program is a gem! If you are looking for a logging program, this is the one to try.

Great products and support! Time Owned: 6 to 12 months.
Scott has what I believe is the absolute best contesting and logging programs available to amateurs. His contesting software is practically idiot-proof, and I'm sure his logging software is awesome too. I have used his contesting programs in Field Day and several other events, and the programs always run great, even on my ancient Toshiba laptop. Scott is always right there if you have a question about the software too. In my opinion, Scott's software is the best in the amateur radio hobby, and his prices are really fair too. Keep up the great work Scott!

Perfect! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I can't imagine calling anything perfect, but N3FJP's Field Day Log is as close as it gets.

In a contest there are so many things, especially logging, that demand the operator's attention. The real test of a good logging program is how easily it works under the demanding situations that contesting can bring.

I've done the pencil and paper logs in the past and I'd rather forget about them. Too slow, too distracting, and finding dupes can be a nightmare.

Contrast that with N3FJP's Field Day software. Frequency and mode are entered automatically via a data link to the rig. The date and time of each QSO are entered automatically when the enter key is pressed. All that the operator needs to do is to enter callsign, class and section via the keyboard. Dupe info is shown instantly. How easy can it get?

The display on the screen is neatly arranged and yet contains all the information you need to see.

You can bet I'll be using this great software at next year's Field Day.
