Excellent Communication Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
The quality of this antenna speaks for itself. What is also extra-ordinary is the excellent personal communication and care by its builder. You can't go wrong with him or his antenna. Thanks Joe! 73, Bob/W8OWL

A fine multiband for limited space Time Owned: more than 12 months.
This is an excellent value. I am using one on all bands from 6m to 160m. I keep the feedline out of the house, use a balun and an auto-tuner to make the match. In direct comparisons with a G5RV at the same height, I am constantly receiving 3 S-Units better when using the Cobra. For durability: it is hanging in the snow and ice as I type this, so no problems there. 73 to all de W1JAB (former KB1HMJ).

Excellent Antenna Time Owned: more than 12 months.
Have had a Cobra for the past year and a half and it has performed GREAT!! When asked why I don't have an amp I reply "with the Cobra I don't need it". Cobra tunes up on all bands with the aid of a tuner and even low to the ground works GREAT!!

Good Antenna Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Antenna peak is at 55 Ft, nearly horizontal, sloping to 50 ft at the ends. Antenna has been up and used daily for several months. Works great on all bands except 40M where VSWR seen by the tuner is 3.0 or above across the band. I originally installed the antenna to work 160M, where the relatively small size is attractive. I'm pleased with the results, and will leave it up.

Easy tuning Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I found the Cobra to be an extremely easy antenna to tune. I use the Cobra for 6 thru 160 meters through antenna switches to multiple radios and I never have any problem tuning up. It's a very durable dipole for the type of weather we have to deal with here in the northeast.

Outstanding performance and Construction Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I have been the owner of the number three prototype of this antanna for almost two years. Through all weather, ice, snow, and heat it has performed flawlessly. Tunes easily with both autotuner and manual tuner. The antenna's weakest band is 40M where it exhibits it's highest SWR. I have used it to make contacts worldwide on all bands from 160M to 10M and use it regularly on 75M where I receive excellent signal reports. Rugged in it's construction it should be noted that like other HF antennas, performance is best when strung as high as possible.
Customer service is excellent from Joe and he backs what he sells. Anyone would find this antenna to be a great compliment to their station for all-band operation.

Great performance, durable! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Since I've had my Cobra up we have had a series of high wind storms and a Nor'easter blow through and the antenna held up very well! It performs great on 75,40 and 30 meters and have worked DX on 80M with 100 watts(G3 & CT3). I have not tried it on any bands above 30M. A great alternative for hams with limited space.

Excellent product Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
A great solution for hams with limited space that want to work 10-160 meters. The antenna is light and durable and has withstood winds of 60 mph and heavy snow/ice storms and still performs great.
