Best clock! Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I bought this clock at my local Wal-Mart last year just by chance. It was on sale for about $12.00 and being advertised as an atomic clock. Unlike a previous "atomic" clock I owned, this one can be set for Zulu (GMT) and 24 hour time. Time characters are 7/16" high and the unit has an alarm and light. It's been running since I had it on a zinc-carbon AA battery! This really was an excellent deal and has no trouble receiving WWVB in my basement shack among all the rigs, wires, etc. Wish I knew who the manufacturer was but hey, at least I knew the model number! These clocks are great for glancing at as a QSO begins so you can log the time correctly, or for setting your computer time before a contest.
