An Energizer Bunny on My Head Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I have used the PX 100 headphones daily with a "Walkman" type (belt clip) audio deck almost every day for the past two years, with never a problem.

The chief virtue of the PX 100 is its nearly indestructible line cord and 1/8" stereo plug. These items are the usual weak point in the $2 cheapie headphones that are often provided by the OEMs. The PX 100s, however, are the "Energizer Bunny" of the small, lightweight headphone crowd; they just won’t quit!

As noted below, the "on the ear" Sennheisers are small, lightweight, foldable for storage, and comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Their audio quality is more than acceptable, even for full orchestral music, including reasonable bass reproduction. Naturally they are not going to equal the big "studio reference" headphones in performance, but neither their cost nor their intended use reflects this.

I have not used them with my ham stations, as I own other headphones for that purpose. The Sennheisers could be used for Amateur work when portability is an issue, but they probably would show no special advantage here.

I am very satisfied with the PX 100, and would certainly buy a replacement pair should the need ever arise.

Good portable headphones Time Owned: more than 12 months.
These headphones are one of the best "walkman" type headphones. There is no comparison to professional whole ear cover headphones, but these produce nice high quality sound for what they are. The folding feature is incredible - they fold into a very small package - perfect for mountain topping, portable work, hiking, etc.
What is also amazing is how sturdy they are - I've been using the PX-100 and PX-200 for few years now - the PX-200 are always at the bottom of my backpack, along with water bottle, books, MP player, HT etc. - unprotected (out of the case that is) and they are as good as new! I am commuting to work using car, bus, train and subway and these headphones are beeing used very heavy and still no mechanical or electrical problems. The PX-100 are "Open" type which I keep in my comm pack, while PX-200 are the "closed" type, which I preffer for everyday use because of the city noise.
They also have very good bass reproduction for such small headphones.

Excellent Allrounder Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
These Phones are tremendous value for the money i use them for ham radio use, stereo, and MP3 so they get moved around quite a bit. and they also come with a neat carry case for travel. they fold up to fit into the case.for the size the sound is superb, all the highs and lows are heard. Excellent allrounders
