Excellent Antenna Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
This antenna runs circles around the stock antenna on my Kenwood TH-F6A. The performance gain is especially noticeable on 220.

A warning for people like me who live in high-RF areas...

As we all know, the TH-F6A has a very hot receiver due to the fact that it receives DC to daylight. In high-RF areas, this antenna will make the receiver on the TH-F6A go brezerk with intermod due to the higher gain. This is easily remedied by turning the radio's built-in attenuator on. With the attenuator on, this antenna still performs better than the stock duck does with the attenuator off.

Hands down the best $50 I've ever spent on ham radio equipment.

Fantastic Time Owned: 6 to 12 months.
I find this antenna makes a tremendous difference on my TH-F6A. When I went to KJI in NJ, Gene allowed me to test it and compare it to the Maldol 610 and the two worked equally as well with the Diamond a few dollars less. A good buy.
