WOW! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I loved my LDG Z-100, but needed something rated at 200 watts for my new TS 480HX. When I opened the box for the AT 200 and read the manual describing the convoluted LED readouts for SWR, wattmeter and functions it was initially like trying to solve Rubic's cube and I was ready to send it back. After setting it up it wasn't that complicated.

If the LDG Z-100 is great, the AT 200 is fabulous Its faster then the Z-100, auto tunes and reads SWR in SSB mode with no problem and very effective. The most I could get the Z-100 to match 17 meters was 2:1. The AT 200 got it down to 1.5:1 with no problem. Bear in mind my trap vertical is not set up for 17 meters. The tuner is effortless, efficient and fast. Even if you dont need a tuner rated at 200 watts buy this one anyway. You wont be sorry!

Do yourself a favor Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Very easy to operate, You can use 2 antennas on this device which is handy, light-weight, LED's let you know what's happening with manual overide (if you need it).
I have tried tuning all different types of antennas to trick it example dipoles and end feeds with small issues... not a problem.

Yes it does sounds like "marbles in a blender" the first time it tunes-up but that's a small price to pay but after that it so smooth when it returns back to that frequency.

The reason I went for the AT-200Pro was also looking down the track and newer rigs have around 200w as standard output. And the ATU will accept about 250W. So I dont have to trade it in just because I have a new rig with higher output. These are things we all got to think about.

Here's the odd thing I brought mine direct from the U.S.A (New York store) because the AUD Vs USD exchange rate was great at the time and if I would of brought it locally it would of cost a extra $80.00 AUD and the cables were going to extra on top of that. Go figure?....

HOT SNOT!!! this thing would tune a bedspring! Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
I have an LDG AT200pro hooked up to a resonant 20m dipole. I have tuned this one antenna to work 80, 40, 20, 17, 15, 12, and 10! It is a bit noisy when it is trying to make a match for the first time, but that is a small price to pay for what it can do.

I recommend this tuner highly! As far as bang for the buck for a limited budget shack, this was money well spent!

Great Product! Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
I've been using it now for a few months with
an Icom 746 and G5RV Jr antenna and it works as
advertised. Highly recommended.

Great Tuner Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Got the AT-200pro for father’s day. Wow what a great gift! Tuner works great as advertised, replaced old MFJ-949E tuner, which is used as a dummy load. Takes a second to first tune at a given freq., but when you return to that freq. it tunes faster then blinking your eye! Would recommend to anyone looking for a fast tuner! Thanks LDG for a great American product!

Great Tuner! Time Owned: more than 12 months.
What a great Auto Tuner! Works with my 857d fantastically---Yep, the relays switching the first time you use it will wake you up, but the quickness and precision of the unit is a dream.
If i had a wish list for LDG,i would want a dedicated light to show what antenna i was on, but if you are thinking of an auto tuner, then go with the LDG, and forget the other company with three initials :)

Incredible Device Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
My nasty ol' MFJ 948 finally stopped tuning my 75M bazooka, after several weeks acting up. Thought I'd try the 200 Pro now that I have a nice shiny new 756 Pro III. If you are not used to the grinding noise of an automatic tuner you are in for a shock, first time it tunes a freguency. After that tho, it is smooth sailing on any frequency previously tuned. I use my antenna on 17M and 20M as well as 75M and this tuner is a dream on those frequencies. Never again will I have to "twiddle" the knobs on my old MFJ. It went in the trash today!!!

LDG high powered version here I come.

Manual Versus Automatic...I'm 100% Convinced Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Hold on to your socks when it tunes, but sit back and relax once memorized. UNBELIEVABLE. I have always been dedicated to manual tuners, but this changed my outlook dramatically and perminantly. I will always be partial to the MFJ roller inductor Versa Tuners but as of recent, the AT 200P tuner has taken lead position. Easy to set up, quick to set up, noisy at first but smooth there after. Thoroughly satisfied with cost, operation and quality.

Fast, fast! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Initially had a few problems getting it to work as well as I would have liked on a band or two. Tech support from LDG was phenomenal! Emails answered within the hour, even on weekends. It became very apparent that my marginal RF ground on a second floor ham shack was the cause. Tweaked a thing here and there, changed the length of a coax jumper, and all is well. Tunes my 80m slanting delta loop on 80-10m without effort.
