Does exactly what is says on the tin! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Impressed! I don't often buy a product that I would recommend without reservation!
I have had this for a couple of weeks now and have to say my FC-107 looks very pretty and all that but there is no way I'm going back to it.

Whoever said -
"Civilization advances by extending the number of important operations which we can perform without thinking about them." was right!

Using the LDG AT-200 has advanced my shack by 30 years.
Maybe I was lazy but on the lower bands its like re-discovering radio.

I only have 1 small gripe
The power meter varies across the bands.
Compaired using a thruline it read slightly low.
But you have to look at what this costs.
Value for money 10 out of 10,
Useability 10 out of 10!
Quality 10 out of 10!
No hestiation buying other products from LDG like a Z-100 for the car.

Good One Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
I picked this unit up used from a ham that did not understand how to use it.
He just put some wire up and tried to tune all bands and it would not work for him very well.
Too many think these tuners are magic and/or do not read the book. It made a good buy for me.
I run a 40 meter tuned inverted "V" and it tunes 40-10 including WARC bands without a problem.
Very easy to use.
Once you go through the bands an tune it every so many kc, it's very quick to find that matched memory and get you where you want to be very quietly.
Tuning with SSB is not what I expected from the ads. You do have to have a sustained carrier of some length to give the thing a chance to tune.If you don't it will fail to tune right. Many will find this unacceptable. Common sense to me however.

Works just Works! Time Owned: more than 12 months.
A great tuner. After in initial tune on given freq (which may take several seconds) next qsy brings almost instant tune. Manual requires reading carefully and interpreting a bit?#! Otherwise excellent.

TUNE BABY TUNE!! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I was using the Yaesu FC-40 long wire tuner. Directions said run ground, well to a ground rod and then a random length of wire on positive side. Ground side is 10 foot long and positive side is ,,,hmmmmm maybe 240 foot? did not really measure or use 468/frequency hahahaha just ran wire till I ran out of room. Did not tune all the bands. Sold the 857D and bought a Kenwood TS-480HX. Had a MFJ manual tuner and used it, couldnt tune all the bands either. Finally decided to buy the AT-200 Pro and was going to actually measure the wire. HAHAHAHA YEAH RIGHT! I just got it and hooked that sucker up and started tuning. This thing TUNED EVERY BAND 160-6 METER!!! Yes I did use the 4:1 LDG balun. Save your money on the interface, I tuned on each band once then went back and went on SSB and as I started to talk, CLICK, it was tuned THAT FAST! OH AND WAA WAA WAA BOO HOO BOO HOO it makes clickity clackity noise, get over it!!

Impressed! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Bought & installed the LDG AT-200Pro auto tuner today - fantastic! Yes, it clatters on the initial tune but once that frequency is in the 16,000 capacity memory when you tune again all you get is a 'click' as the memorised frequency is recalled. The PEP reading wattmeter is very accurate (checked against a calibrated meter)& the LED's for PWR & SWR are bright & clear. Two antenna outputs are useful & the quality of the item is excellent. It beats turning knobs & cranking roller coasters if you run less than 250w. At current retail price I think this auto ATU is a bargain. Color me HAPPY!!

A Really Nice Product! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I have owned just about every product LDG has made (including when they were doing kits). The products have always been innovative and a great value.

The AT-200Pro goes right along with that tradition. The tuner is compact, easy to use and shows a high level of quality, both operationally and cosmetically. My new AT200Pro has the best enclosure and finish of any of my previous LDG products.

There have been comments about the noisy relays when tuning for a new match. Given the huge number of frequency memories, this will only be noticeable when seeking a new match. Once a frequency (and same antenna) is in memory, the user will hear only an instanteous "click" as the preset memory is located and locked in; all done automatically.

I have a Yaesu MKV (200-w version) and it has a very good auto-tuner, however there are some frequencies (particularly at 30- and 15-m) that the auto-tuner cannot handle. This has been no problem with the AT-200Pro.

Install the tuner per the manual, make sure it is grounded, and read over the instructions a few times. The above steps are a guarenteed formula for success for this great product.

GOOD TUNER Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
I Am using the AT-200 Pro with my Ten Tec Corsair II and it does work as advertised. I have to agree that the relays do clatter while the tuner finds a match but it matches well.

I use it primarily on 20 and 40 meters and so far it works great.

Great Tuner -- works as advertised Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I've had this just a couple of months, and I've found that it works as advertised, but in some cases I find I can get a better match with some manual "tweaking" on the intial match. The memories work as designed and it's a pleaseure to use. It replaces a MFJ 969 tuner in my shack - I do miss the analog meters, and also the built in balun (I use a 80 meter full wave loop fed with ladderline) - although LDG is offering a free balun for a time.

No complaints; it's a bit noisy as the relays clatter to find a match, but since it's not everytime, it's easily tolerable. I use it with a Yaesu FT 1000D, which is the reason I wanted a 200 watt model...but note that you should not tune up using full power....read the directions!!

Would I buy it again? Yes! Am I satisfied? Yes!
