The Best There IS Time Owned: more than 12 months.
This logging program is all that you will ever need.It will do everything. You can arrange the windows to suit you and have them different colors and different text style. It will track DXCC,WAS,WPX,and many more.I have DXBase 2001 and it is great. It will interface with just about every rig that is made today. The telnet program for the Internet Clusters are great also. You can log your contact right from that screen with a right click of the mouse.I can not say enough about how great this software is.The support is outstanding. You will not find a better logging program any where.
I have used use other logging programs and they don't come close to DXBase2000 or 2001.You will not be sorry you bought it.

Your Complete Logging Software Time Owned: unknown months.
I guess, what else can I say? There are so many features in the software, that no Ham would use them all. Except for Rotor control, DXBase 2000 will control all of your computer interface equipment. I think it is a well rounded out software for a ham of any direction. Whether County hunting, DXCC, WAS, Gridsquares, This software has it covered. All information is at your finger-tips. Instant statistics, QSL Labels, QSL Cards!! Reports!
Check it out for yourself.

Heads & Shoulders Above All!!!!!!! Time Owned: unknown months.
Simply OUTSTANDING!!!!!! It is the best Windows based DX logging program that I have used or tried. The program is a ‘rock solid’ 32-bit performer (fully tested with Windows 95/98, NT 4, and Windows 2000). I have not had it hang, crash or do strange things on my Windows NT 4 installation; it just keeps on cranking. I can’t say that for the many other DX related logging programs that I have tried or used. I have it monitoring the VHF and Internet packet clusters simultaneously in separate windows while another window lists my much ‘Needed Ones,’ sending CW from the keyboard, have an internet browser open checking other DX related web sites, and checking my email in the same session. DXBase 2000 coexists beautifully with other running window applications. The program is user friendly and user configurable. I configured all of the windows’ fonts, colors, sizes, positions, data columns, etc. to my liking. Just one click on a packet spot (either from the VHF, Internet, or DxInfo Window) and the radio switches to the DX frequency, with the split and the filter(s) selected for the mode (radio type depended). Two clicks and the spot is logged importing all the appropriate information that you set up, and most important the contact is saved to disk at that time. Spotting a logged contact to the cluster is just as easy. I can quickly check the gray line; check for packet messages, check to see if the posted spot has a QSL manager and who it is, and to see if I have worked that station before. I can configure DXBase 2000 to import the contact’s full address information from the CD as you log’em. I modified its default radio control commands for my Icom 775DSP to make DXBase 2000 control the radio to my liking. In addition to the many included ‘professional looking’ reports, labels, and QSL color cards, DXBase 2000 includes a very capable integrated program that allows you to design your own QSL cards, reports or labels, in color and with the ability to embed defined logic results during the printing process – all in color and with graphics. Finally, the DXBase 2000 support is outstanding (and I doubt that you will ever need it). In addition to the company’s excellent support, third party applications or add-ons are available on the internet for DXBase 2000; you want more QSL card, report, label samples – they’re there; you want a free Access compression program to compact you data file – it’s there; you want a free and outstanding ADIF export program – it’s there, and the many more Access related applications that let you take your log files and do just about anything you want. If DXBase 2000 doesn’t have an import filter for your old log – they will create one for you. Check out DXBase 2000’s website -- http://www.dxbase.com......There are so much more good to tell....email me at nu1u@arrl.net if you have questions.

On great logging package Time Owned: unknown months.
I've used DXBase98, then upgraded to 2000. As above, running on a hot machine (not required) connected all the time to the Internet via a cable modem. Sort of a command center for all my hamming. The only time I dont use it is during contests, where K1EA's CT9 is the workhorse. Imports from CT to DXBase are cake.... so all the logging (eventually) gets done in one place. I've tried LogWindows, and DX4Win... DXbase wins hands down.

A great logging package and more. Time Owned: unknown months.
I have used DxBase since it's first release several years ago. DxBase 2000 is a great logging program with many additional features. It is a joy to use and as one can imagine, anytime you get an application so rich in function, you have to research and read to figure out how to use some of the functions. The technical support is also excellent.

DXBase 2000 is a JOY!!!!!!! Time Owned: unknown months.
After investing 10 years in various versions of LOGic, including the last 5.0 version, I had become accustomed to lockups and exception errors. I gave up and purchased DXBase 2000 under their competitive upgrade offer. The ADIF import of DXBase worked great for importing my lifelong log. Printing labels and reports is simple and straight forward. I've been waiting for months to write this review, as I wanted to gauge the number of crashes of DXBase vs. LOGic. I'm not waiting any longer. DXBase has never locked up or crashed on me once, and I continue to enable and utilize more and more of the features beyond logging specific.

This is a solid well-written application for Windows 95/98, with excellent support off the web site or direct to owner via e-mail.

My only regret.....the purchase and subsequent checks for upgrades I pumped into LOGic

The latest version is great. Importing is no problem, i-net cluster is really handy, and spot info is quick. Running it on a PIII/450 with a cable modem. Support is excellent. Check it out at: http://www.dxbase.com
