Excellent Support Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I have owned the smallest Bigboy for some years now, and it has performed very well, turning my small Mast. Recently, I have had some problems with the readout system. I contacted Gianni at Prosistel and explained my problem, and he was very helpful, and to cut a long story short, gave full product support, well outside of the warranty period. I am very happy with the support I have received, and the product in general...well above the norm, and an excellent piece of equipment !

King of rotors Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I've had my PST61c for 4 years and its the best rotor out there. I have a LPDA on it and they like to rock back & forth in the wind, but this rotor keeps it just where I leave it. Been thru 1 hurricane (Rita) and the beam twisted at the boom/mast clamp but the rotor didn't move what so ever.

I wish they still had the C model controller. I don't really know why they changed it (sure like the direct entry keypad) but, I'll buy another one for the other tower going up this summer.

I just put the PST61c on the tower and it works great. My tower is 250 ft away from the shack so I needed to use bigger wire #14. The rotor is built like a tank. They changed the color to blue and sealed up the motor. The controller is very nice I like the digital readout, not to mention the voice telling you everything you do. That's right its perfect for the blind ham. Jay and Sharon did a great job with getting the rotor to me, as they always do. I've meet Jay and Sharon personally at there House and they are great people to do business with. www.arraysolutions.com Look them up. I will do another review in a couple of months. I'm sure it will be nothing but good news.

Great service Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I own the prosistel71 for over 2 years now. I experienced a failure almost 2 years ago and the rotator was replaced no questions asked and upgraded with chain coupling free of charge. Now last week I had another failure, called Gianni, and with 5 minutes we have come to a solution for the problem I experience at the moment. Its rare to find this kind of top customer service. I owned several Yaesu rotators in the past and nothing compares to the quality and the customer service of prosistel. ps: I got the rotator initially from VINE (GW3YDX) and find him to be of similar service!

EXCELLANT SERVICE SINCE 1997 Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I HAVE BEEN USING A PST-51 ON MY ARRAY SINCE 1997. THIS UNIT HAS BEEN IN CONTINIOUS SERVICE SINCE THEN AND HAS NEVER FAILED TO OPERATE!! IT HAS BEEN THRU SEVERAL WISCONSIN WINTERS AND CONTINUES TO DO IT'S JOB TODAY. I USED THE TAILTWISTERS AND HAM 4 ROTATORS FOR YEARS AND NEVER HAD ONE LAST WITHOUT REPAIR LIKE THE PST-51. I GUESS AMERICAN MFGRS CAN'T SEE THE LIGHT!! CHECK OUT MY WEBSITE AT WWW.QSL.NET/K9VDD AND SEE THE SYSTEM.

Great Service from Array Solutions Time Owned: 6 to 12 months.
Purchased a PST61 during the summer of 2003 to be used with my new tower to turn my rather large VHF thru microwave stack. The original control box was deffective (determined while bench testing before being installed on the tower). Jay at Array Solutions worked with me to help trouble shoot it and reffered me to his Prosistel expert. After determining that the control box was defective Jay immediately shipped me a new one. The rotor has been installed on the tower since December and has received lots of use this spring and summer and works well. The unit is very heavy duty and handles the 25+ sq.ft. antenna load better than my old Tailtwister did. So far it has performed as expected other than the original control box problem (which is why I down graded the rating to a 4). The customer support at Array Solutions has been outstanding!

PST-61 is great Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I have been using a PST-61 for the past 12 months and am very pleased with it's performance. It turns three large M2 Yagi's totaling over 30 square feet with ease. A particulary nice feature is the control box with it's large LED display and the point and shoot feature.

The distrubitor is Array Soulutions, Inc. and they have been great to do busines with.

greatest warranty in the ant rotor market Time Owned: more than 12 months.
HI, I WANT TO LET EVERYONE KNOW ABOUT THE GREAT FACTORY WARRANTY SERVICE I RECEIVED ON MY PROSISTEL BIG BOY ROTOR. THE UNIT WAS TWO YEARS OLD AND THE PST-51 HAD WORKED GREAT. I LOWERED THE ANT FOR A ROUTINE CHECK BECAUSE IT IS EASY TO DO WITH THE HAZER, AND FOUND THE ROTOR BASE PLATE HAD LOOSENED UP FROM THE MAINGEAR CASE BODY. I CALLED ARRAY SOLUTIONS AND TOLD JAY WHAT HAD HAPPENED.HE IMMEDIATELY E-MAILED THE FACTORY AND ASKED FOR A NEW BASE PLATE, WHICH WOULD HAVE MADE ME VERY HAPPY. BUT, MR GIANNI OF PROSISTEL REALLY KNOWS HOW TO MAKE HIS CUSTOMERS, LIFETIME CUSTOMERS. HE DIDNT JUST REPLACE THE MOUNTING BASE PLATE, HE SENT ME A BRAND NEW PST-51 ROTATOR GEAR BOX. NOW,THATS WHAT I CALL A REAL WARRANTY. I THINK A LOT OF LARGE AMERICAN COMPANIES COULD LEARN SOMTHING FROM ARRY SOLUTIONS AND PROSISTEL ROTORS. AFTER I READ THE REVIEWS ON THE OTHER ROTORS OUT THERE, I KNOW I MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE. BEST ROTOR ON THE MARKET AT ANY PRICE. THIS BIG BOY ROTOR IS TURNING A 4-ELEMENT 5- BAND QUAD ON A GLEN MARTIN TOWER AT 65FT WITH A VOYAGER-7 HAZER. JAY& SHARON FROM ARRY SOLUTIONS ARE GREAT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH. 73s BOB KC7GKL

Outstanding Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I went through a Tail Twister and then two HDR300s in as many weeks. I took the remnants of the tail twister to use as a clamp to hold things in place while I waited for mid size PST61 with the model C control box to arrive. That was nearly two years ago. I've had nary a problem except the wind sheared off a 3/8ths inch coupling bolt in the mast (not the rotor) in 70 MPH winds. The PST 61 is mounted about 20 feet below the top of the 97 foot ROHN 45G tower with a TH5 at 100 feet, a 7L C3i 6-meter antenna at 115 feet and stacked pairs of 12L on 144 and 11L on 440 at 130 feet. The mast weighs just shy of 300#. Photos of the tower project are on http://www.rogerhalstead.com/tower.htm
