Excelent service Time Owned: N.A.
Called me and discussed the problem with my IC-7000 well in advance of actually performing any work. Could have ripped me for s bundle but took the high road. I trust him implicitly.

What a Great Experience!! Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I understand now why Matt has such a high rating here on eHam. What a pleasant experience dealing with him while getting one of my Icom radios fixed. He is very knowledgable about the products he services and is extremely professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him anyone who is looking for expert professional service. NZ8J

Excellent Time Owned: more than 12 months.
This is my first experience with SAR Technical Services and I am very satisfied with the whole experience. Mark was very cordial and kept me in the loop during the whole process. My IC2200 was repaired at a reasonable cost and returned in a timely fashion. Based on my experience I would highly recommend SAR Technical Services for service of your ICOM equipment. Thanks Mark for an excellent job.

Cool beans Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
Had to ship our club’s radio to Matt due to and issue in the filter board that resulted from a previous lighting strike. Matt got the radio back into FB condition in a very reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable cost. Radio was well packaged for the return trip as well. Highly recommend. Thank you Matt!

Great Service & Tech Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I called Matt told him of my problems. He said to send the rig and he would look it over and let me know. As usual Matt did a heck of a good job and made the original repair and noticed another problem I forgot to mention and he repaired it also. All at a very reasonable price and turn around was pretty good also. I used Matt a while back when our house got hit by lightening. Matt fixed what he could on that, he's not a magician but damn close. If you should ever need your ICOM equipment repaired Matt is the go to guy !!

746Pro better than new!! Time Owned: more than 12 months.
It has all been said before, at it is all true. Matt turned around my 746Pro in 10 days for the backlight problem plus checked out the radio for any other problems. The repair bill was extremely reasonable. Matt called to let me know it was finished and that was it. I paid and he shipped that day. I got it back the next. Thanks so much, Matt.

outstanding Pro III repair Time Owned: more than 12 months.
Id like to pause for a moment of appreciation for Matt at Icom Repair in MI. Guy knows what hes doing, and I call a 120 dollar repair bill , including shipping back, extremely reasonable. Even said that he did not think it was going to be an expensive repair when I sent him the symptoms before shipping, and was professional over the phone. This was a pro 3 with extremely bad hum on the microphone input. Turns out I somehow got voltage on pin 7 and burnt 2 traces up. While I was using a non icom mic, the power pin was never connected and I had been using it since October. Needless to say without some further investigation, its not going back on there! I would easily send this guy any icom he could work on.

Pro II Repair Time Owned: more than 12 months.
SO2R operation damaged the front-in of the Pro II. I expected an expensive repair. Matt had the rig repaired and shipped in less than 10 days. Very reasonable charge. Much less than expected. Great guy to talk to, as well.
