I received my cards in about 6 weeks. The quality is excellent and I am very pleased with the work. The price for the full color cards can't be beat.

Enormous selction of artwork, followed up by really good looking printing. Service outstanding also, with their quick response of a proof card in a JPG file emailed to me after placing my order. They quickly made changes and re-transmitted the file back, even tho the changes rrequested were due to me changing my mind, not to any error on their part.

The only minor complaint was the failure of their auto-responder, which is supposed to provide the status of your order. All I ever got from it was gibberish. But, an email to the proprietor, Valery, got the info within hours.

These guys are great capitalists--they will prosper because they provide a good product, good service, and a great product.

An exotic bargain Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
How exotic can you get - have your QSLs printed in Russia? The thought of it just got me going and I had to see how it would work. Could this global economy be real? I decided it was worth the price just for the adventure of trying. My conclusion? You bet it works!

I eMailed a WORD version of the card and photo. I got a response the next day! We tweaked the card a bit, but every time, the response from Russia was quicker than my own. These folks know what they are doing! I paid with my credit card through their US representative -- over the Internet.

I finalized the order and exactly six weeks later I got a notice from the Post Office that I had Registered Mail waiting for me to pick up. I went there half expecting the FBI to question me about this mysterious package from Russia (hey, I am a child of the Cold War). The box was triple wrapped in heavy brown paper with string and a lead seal -- covered with over 50 Russian Postage stamps. It was big day for the Fredericksburg, Va. Post Office.

The cards are great. Half the price of US companies for a full color, custom-designed card that is my own unique product. If you want to increase your QSL response, get a personalized card.

Caveats? Proofread carefully and understand that there is a wait. But good things are worth waiting for.

I just received my QSL cards from Octavia and they are really nice. Valery(the owner of Octavia) was great to deal with via email and the service provided was wonderful. They are a quality product and the price just can't be beat.

If you need QSL cards and want something unique, try Octavia, you will be very happy with their product.

Doing business with Octavia is a great experience. They are first class with keeping you informed as to the order status. The quality of the product is worth the extra time it takes for transportation. Valery gave me an estimated date of arrival. It arrivied within one day of the estimate. I would not hesitate to recomend Octavia to my friends. In fact I plan on using Octavia for future orders.

Number one choice for me Time Owned: 3 to 6 months.
Octavia Company was extremely professional as well as offering a very affordable QSL card of high quality. They looked over my photos that I wanted to use and then gave honest opinions as to their quality, then recommended better photos expressing the same theme. Whenever I contact them, they have been prompt with answers. For the service and quality, one cannot beat their prices.
I have used other companies in the past,who have done good work,no names, but I hope Octavia is around for a long time, so as to take advantage of their services again.

I put Octavia category when I order my cards and people have added there reviews of cards! Every one gives them a 5. I got my cards this week and they were worth waiting for! The color and back ground are sharp a 5 ++. My XYL looked at them and said order more if you want as she was impressed by how sharp looking they were! They went out of there way checking to make sure they got here on time. They are a FIRST CLASS QSL company to deal with.
