No much use Time Owned: more than 12 months.
I own two devices, both have the same incompetence.
The copper lines on the circuit boards come with a lot of holes, best to resolder them.
The powersupply IC 7805 gets too hot, add a heat sink, and/or add a resistor to the display backlight, otherwise the 7805 will be destroyed.

The device offers two modes.
In the first mode a relay is used. The relay glued every few minutes, I had to release it with a finger tip. The decoding of receiver signals did not work in this mode.

The second mode uses a IC Tone Decoder LM567.
The decoding of receiver signals is disturbed by any small noise spike. I use this mode, and replaced/added several resistors and capacitors,
so the circuit became more smooth.
Also it is highly sensitive to the frequency of the signal. (10 Hertz plus/minus precludes decoding).

The device will seldem decode signals from the receiver, only very strong signals without any disturbance.
I use it to display my own signals while transmitting, to recognize dropped charakters or words. The device decodes only electonic keyers, no manual morse keyer.

Not worth a penny Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I bought this CW decoder for building an own portable CW decoder unit - my Telereader CD 670 start aging and I only use it as psychological help while having CW QSOs (mea culpa).

Verdict: It never decoded nice without errors - only the TTL Mode worked but did not stay stable on his frequency. Adjusted multiple times without use. Stopped working at all a few days ago - since it never delivered I did not try to revive it.

Only Bonus: It comes with a nice 4 line backlit LC-Display which is nice to read - and will now be recycled in other projects.

Why then a one and not a zero since it is such a lemon ? Well since it operated so lousy it improved my hearing without any aids and confidence quite a lot.
