UFB product !| Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
These are some tips about a new DXM40-2, installed for the first time in my contest station and tested during the 2008 CQWW SSB Contest running IR9Y M/S.

-Excellent communication to/from Olivier F6ARC of DXBeam.
-Competitive price vs similar products
-Fast shipping
-Excellent packing
-Pretty good manual (probably some infos more can help less skilled users)
-Excellent and fool-proof single parts' packing
-Good mechanical works in each part
-Easy to build
-Exactly pre-sized lenghts of tie ropes for elements and boom (no adjustments to do)
-Perfect pre-tuned results (no adjustments to do from 7.000 to 7.100 with SWR 1:1.5 at band's edges) @22 meters up
-Perfect shape on site (no sags on elements and/or boom)
-Just tested for two full days under local worst main wind ("Scirocco" from Northen Africa), it survived without any deformation. It was my main trill!!
-No problems or tuning instability under its power limit
- During the contest we had the real pleasure to run 40m in a more than sufficient way, after years of wire and vertical antennas.

A really good performer!

Wonderful ! Time Owned: 6 to 12 months.
This antenna is installed at F6KHM / TM6M since fews months now, and we re-discovered 40m band with it.

At our location, in the west part of France IN78RJ, the beam is at 30m (100ft) above the ground, and survived to several 160km/h (100mph) storm.
I'm not sure that so many commercial antenna could do the same, especially 40m beam.
Front to back is excellent for a 2 elements, and side lobes are awesome, really great!
It's certainly the best price/quality ratio you could find anyway! Thanks DXBEAM!
We were so satisfied with this antenna, that we are now using some DXBEAM on 20m and 15m, with 6 elements on both band.
