Very Nice Time Owned: 0 to 3 months.
I've got the new DT-200X with AM/FM only. Clear audio through the headphones, easy to use, well constructed, easy to see at night. It has exceeded my expectations.

I like it. The pocket radio is an improvement over the original DT-200V in being smaller with a longer battery life; 2AA's vs 4 AA's in the older set. The dial is lit when tuning. The sensitivity is not up to a SONY 7600GR or ETON 5 on AM, but is respectable, and is better than similar sized radios. The selectivity (on am) is much better than similar sized radios. Stations can usually be tuned 20 KHz away from a local, and sometimes 10KHz away if you can turn the set to null out the local...my other pocket sets are useless for tuning stations in less than 30 or 40KHz away from the local stations. The filter may not be symetrical or centered properly on frequency...it is always easier to null out a local to pick up a station 10 KHz below the local's frequency than 10 Khz above the local.
